Nice, clean theater. It has all kinds of options for food and drinks (even beer). The only thing that I think they could improve on is having a larger arcade for the kids while waiting for the movie to start. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful!

Expensive as heck, military discount is not worth the time, make sure you go in Tuesdays while it's still $5 per ticket, if it still is. Keep in mind, the drinks, non alcoholic, are $7 each, and candy n popcorn, ugh, life decisions made here folks, do I take my kid to a movie, or keep the power on another week?

Not the most comfortable theater but overall a good place to go...not like many other options are available. Prices for most things are fair and service is usually good. Its had its ups and downs over all these years when I grew up down here but it's a nice place to go

I like the ease of getting into the theater...all 1 level..handicap parking near the theater entrance...restrooms are kept clean...they do offer a senior drink and popcorn that is plenty for me. Some of the seats need replacing...

Nothing spectacular, but was an overall good theater. Didn't even buy popcorn because I didn't see any place to add butter to it.. lol.. I AM, however, interested in looking into their special showings that (from what I gathered from advertising) are similar to a motion ride for certain movies. Wouldn't mind returning in the future. Pleasant experience.

I took a large group of friends to see Avengers: Endgame there on opening weekend and the picture and sound quality was absolutely terrible. The bulb on the projector had clearly been adjusted to be much more dim than it should have been. This is a common practice at some theaters that aren't interested in picture quality or the audience's moviegoing experience because if you don't burn the bulbs as brightly as intended, you don't have to replace them as often. Now, I know what you might be thinking, "Hey, buddy, maybe the movie you saw was just really dark." I would have thought that too if I hadn't just seen the movie the night before at a different theater where it had been projected properly! This might not sound like a big deal, but it really makes a difference in the visual information the movie is able to relay to the audience. Especially in these big, special effects movies that have huge action scenes where lots of things are happening very quickly. The sound was also turned down so low that even during some of the big, loud, action scenes, I could still hear every time someone in the theater coughed or dug their hands around in their noisy candy bags. From the state of the candy displays at the concession stand, maybe I shouldn't have been surprised that the management doesn't seem to care about whether people have a good time watching the movie either. The staff was very friendly and helpful though, so at least it wasn't all bad.

Very clean and every employee was extra friendly and helpful. My husband is a jokester and they took the time to entertain his silliness. They greeted us coming in and made sure to say thank you and have a wonderful evening as we left. Even the guy in the ticket booth waved goodbye to us. I was disappointed that there was no Icee machine but all of the happy employees had me leaving with a smile on my face. We had a wonderful 35th anniversary date thanks to them.

Our turn, associate didn't greet nor smile just looked at us as if she was no longer in the mood to greet or smile or work. We completed our transaction and entered. The theatre seats were comfortable and bathrooms were pretty clean

Movie we chose was HORRIBLE (not the fault of the theater). No signal at ALL for cellphone reception (had to walk all the way up front). Concession prices seemed fair. Employees were (mostly) younger aged but friendly. Plenty of parking.

Basically empty on a summer Thursday, reasonable ticket prices, INCREDIBLY clean bathrooms, nice staff, and as a bonus, we had an empty theatre all to ourselves! (though I wouldn't come here expecting that, obviously). The movie we saw was meh, but that's not the theatre's fault, obviously.

I am particularly annoyed by the young man who insisted on searching my handbag and my sweater before allowing me to enter the movie... even though I just bought 2 tickets and my hands were full of $40 worth of snacks I had just bought at the concession too.

Took my girls to see Avengers in 3D. So we waited on our movie to start for 30 minutes. Several ppl got up to ask what was going on and were told the previous showing finished late so this showing was behind. Well it took 30 minutes for an employee to come make an announcement to patrons. I don't see that as acceptable. Well another 5 or 10 minutes pass and we are then told the movie was broken and we could go to the 2D version and a refund for the difference. Myself and many others opted for a refund. So there is a line of about 15 of us awaiting a refund at customer service for another 20 minutes. The only manager that can authorize refunds is trying to fix the movie which everyone walked out of already i mean come on folks. We should have been comped a free popcorn and drink or something for 90 minutes of mother's day wasted for nothing. To boot the manager wouldn't even get off the phone to deal with all of these customer's. I get things happen but how you deal with them is what makes all the difference Cobb better step it up!

Very nice movie theatre. We came to see a movie around 2P.M. Prices were very reasonable and the staff was friendly! They also offer DBOX seating which moves and vibrates your seat along with the action of the movie. I didn't buy the ticket for this, but it's the first theatre I've seen with it. All around great experience!

this is the worst theatre I've ever been to. first off spent 70 dollars on 2 drinks 1 popcorn and 2 orders of strips and 2 movie tickets. now after ordering we wait a full 25 minutes for our order. cashier explains they only have one fryer. if that's the case why give me oner order off chicken strips then make we wait 10 minutes for the other? cook them together would be smarter. anyway when not a single person in line and takes over 20 minutes that's bad Also the strips ended up being so hard we didn't eat them and the fries were not cooked all the way but edible.

I take my grandchildren here almost every time they come to visit! They always find a movie that they can agree upon, or we go twice while they are here in Gulf Shores! The theater is clean, well organized the staff members are knowledgeable and and professional in behavior. It’s close to my home in Gulf Shores, and it is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are kept clean and as sanitary as possible in a public place! I have enjoyed many movies and afternoons spent at Cobb Theaters! I’m sure that almost everyone who has been there would say the same thing!

Went for the 5$ Tuesday which is a great deal for family’s like mine who are on a tight budget and have three young children ... overall staff was very friendly for the most part... the thing that made the experience a one star for me was the fact that we took our children to see the Pokémon movie cause my kids love Pokémon and of course it’s that one ignorant person that ruins the whole experience.... it’s a kids movie when kids go to see a movie they are gonna naturally be excited my kids where they wanted to point out what every Pokémon was and be excited about it which me being a mother wouldn’t find a problem with but some rude family whose kid was doing the exact same thing decides to make a complaint and of course instead of the theater saying it’s a kid friendly movie you should excpect kids they come to Check it out and clearly stand and watch us to the point where after they leave my kids decided to start getting excited agian and we felt the need to leave ... it’s a kids movie expect kids maybe the theater should explain this to family’s that when you enter a kids movie don’t excpect it to be silent it’s a KIDS movie and should be kid friendly
