My wife and I had a wonderful time at the movies last night at Cinemark. It has recently been renovated and is very elegant. It is like walking into a grand ballroom. The popcorn was hot and fresh. They recently changed to Oreville Redinbaucher Popcorn, which is definitely an upgrade. The young lady who served us refreshments was friendly and enthusiastic. The seating was very comfortable and it was like kicking back in your favorite leather Lazy Boy Recliner. The sound system was outstanding. This is by far the nicest theatre around. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great theatre first time there and the mall area was done up so beautifully for Christmas. Theatre very nice with the reclining seats only down was their popcorn it tasted old and had no flavor. Clerk could be a little more knowledgeable about there product and pricings

Nice remodel except you can’t see the whole screen. Seats not tall enough and I’m 6’2. Also the lines are forever to get a drink. You’d miss 20 minutes of the movie to get a drink. They need a in theatre order system for the price they charge for VIP. Disappointing. Seats real comfortable and sound is perfect.

Our place to go for movies. Seating is great. Service is fine, mostly teenagers so reasonable. Food is normal movie food. Price are a little high but we are willing to trade for the seating. Recommend.

The Monaco is my favorite movie theater in the Huntsville/Madison area!!! Reserved recline seating, regular and finer food fare is available while watching the movie and my "absolute favorite reason" is Prive, (exclusive for Adults Only/alcohol beverages while watching the movie). The atmosphere is beautiful sophistication at its best for a movie theater/ restaurant!!!!!!

Very elegant when you walk in, like you're entering a museum. Much smaller than our local Cinemark. The 3D theater only had 4 or 5 rows total. Some hillbilly talked almost the whole movie, but I've come to expect that now, people are so rude. The staff was adequate ( not super unfriendly but acted like they'd rather be anywhere else but work, which is understandable for teenagers). The pizza was good, typical theater prices.

Monaco Pictures is definitely my favorite movie theatre. I am from Gadsden but I take my girlfriend here to watch big movies. It is worth the two hour drive due to the great quality picture and sound that you get from this place. It also has a beautiful atmosphere outside with great scenery and fountain in front. There is also a convenient Westin Hotel right beside it for people out of town. Not to mention all of the shops you pass on the way there. The theatre also features an “XD” theatre. It is large like an IMAX theatre, but has much better sound. My favorite part is the comfortable reclining leather chairs featured in all of their theaters. It makes you feel like you are at home with your own personal theatre. Wonderful place and I suggest it to everyone!

I was in town for Christmas and we went to this theater and it was one of the best moviegoing experiences I’ve had. Almost zero stress ordering tickets online and printing at theater and atmosphere was relaxed and low noise. The assigned seats and recliners were an awesome bonus! Great location next to great shopping mall with plenty of parking!

Preferred Theater. Good online site through the Chain or Fandango, never has an issue with the ticketing. The prices are good for Military, Senior, Students or matinee. Multiple rooms for popular movies, seats are great, amenities (drinks and food) are good based on which movie session (experience) you have picked. The location is great for family or date night walk.

Always had a great experience with this theater but went to the movies recently and there were two kids without parents who were loud, I mean LOUD! Constantly running around the theater. I reported it to the manager but nothing was done. I missed most of the movie because of them and nothing was done.

The best theater to serve great food at a awesome price. Jairia the chef is one the best I have ever experienced. The theater was clean and rest rooms. Have quality movies to enjoy for entertaining family and friends. The managers are always willing to help if you need them. Making sure you are comfortable and secure during your visit. The General Manager Harrison makes sure his team is knowledgeable. I like the diversity in his staff.

The atmosphere used to be very relaxed but it seems like in the last few weeks we can feel some palpable change. There are now these strict rules that you cannot bring any snacks in...previously you were allowed as long as you bought it from Bridge Street. The employees seem tense. The friendly guy on a wheelchair is now put in the back. The people behind the popcorn or food are slow, unfriendly and again tense. I told them to cook the hot dog some more...instead one insisted that it is done ...without checking. I threw it away. There is a rigidity in the air. Are these folks wearing vests now? I hope the new management if any will relax a little. Regulars like my family do not like the seriousness in the air. This is supposed to be a fun relaxing environment...

I had an enjoyable experience with this theater. My mother who is elderly and frail came to the movies with me and we were kindly informed of handicap seating, as she is unable to climb steps very well. Then, a Hispanic young man dressed very nicely ushered us to our seats and went above and beyond to assist me carrying popcorn and drinks. He then asked us if we needed anything else. I was very grateful because I didn’t know how I was going to carry my belongings and help my mother too. I would definitely return here again. The customer service experience was excellent and made the entire experience here very enjoyable.

We paid extra for the upstairs seating, honestly we’re new here and didn’t realize it was supposed to be something special, won’t do it again and may never return to this theater. The seats in front of you block the screen if they’re not reclined. And my seats reclining function didn’t hold. The manager wasn’t very kind when I told her. We signed up for the Cinemark monthly deal but I think this means we’ll be cancelling.

Hello Everyone I want to express myself today and tell you all about my family and what a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE we had at the Scene Restaurant at Cinemark Huntsville. When we first arrived at the restaurant it was like a WOW feeling being in a place where it is simply amazing just to look at. It is really beautiful especially in the outside area...with fire structures really dazzling and if you are on a date Definitely this is the place. When it was time to eat and order food the menu is really well made and the variety of food is outstanding. I ordered chicken wings and my absolute favorite Sushi and let me tell you they do not disappointed my taste buds flavor from beginning to end. I love shush very much as you guys can see in my reviews but this place will get my money when it comes to that Sushi it's Awesome and I loved it!! Everything my family ordered came in a timely manner nothing excessive of time it was very pleasant and satisfying. I will be back every chance I get. Thank you all for such a wonderful night it was truly enjoyable. Thanks!!

We enjoyed a family movie night at Monico Poctures in Huntsvill, Alabama. This was our first visit and we were impressed. We purchased our tickets and selected our seats in advance. We were also able to get a great parking spot. I like that there is so much room and the seats recline for complete comfort. We will return soon.

Only place to go see a movie. We always sit in the privé section up top. Cost a little extra, but worth it. Awesome picture and sound. Great reclining seats. Ordering tickets and reserving seats online is easy. No line to wait on tickets; just walk in to a kiosk, slide your card or enter your code, and out print your tickets. People talk about the price of theatre food...it’s a theatre. You should know by now how money is made in these places. If I’m planning a night out, I don’t mind paying for what I want. Plus you get to put your own butter on the popcorn.

Our fathers/daughters day at Bridgestreet! PLEASE READ Attitudes are everything. Myself and three other fathers took are daughters to movie and dinner at Bridgestreet today. The children love to visit a candy store near the threater and so we stopped on the way. Nothing much, just a few gummies etc.. We honestly didn’t think about the movie at the time and it’s rules on food/drink being brought in. I understand the business needs to make money. No issues with that at all. It was not our intent, we had just been to other stores and we were not hiding our bags etc.. Upon arriving, we realized there were only 7 seats left, other persons in line, and we had to gets tickets quick (two of four had already purchased tickets). While in line, the Monaco greeter asked us if we had candy in the bags. We of course said yes. He stated the no food/drink brought in policy and I said we understood. He said we had to carry it out to the car. Here is where attitude is everything. I asked the gentleman politely if we could put it behind the counter and get it on our way out. It’s raining terribly outside. Told him we were getting popcorn etc.. He replied “no” and “you need to take that to your car now”. The movie was scheduled to start 20 minutes ago and we counted on ads for that long. I really didn’t want to go out to my car in the rain. Again, it was his attitude. I also knew if I left, the seats would get bought. He again told me and I told him to please wait because we wanted tickets. He drove his scooter over and watched/waited like we were criminals. He watched my friend 6 tickets and when I returned, my friend was at the food counter. Again, he would not let me pass until my friend brought the tickets back. Our girls missed the first few minutes of the movie which is no biggie, but the guy wanted to look to make sure I wasn’t sneaking the candy back in. I took my soaking rain coat off so he could see. I live in South Huntsville and after the attitude of this employee, I will go to the AMC here from now on. Yes the seats are comfy, but it’s not worth it if you get treated like a criminal. I work for one of the largest companies here and I deal with the public daily. There was no reason for this today. Even if I could not leave the bags until after the movie.....it didn’t mean we should have been treated the way we did. I will tell many I see of this and wish Monaco the best. Attitude is EVERYTHING

On a different occasion, we went and they told us they were cash only, and their ATM was broken. Ah, it was still called Monaco/Privé when I turned 21 but I'm sure it remains pretty cool. A grand sweeping staircase & a little bamboo-walled restaurant area make a posh statement when you walk in, & upstairs used to be a kind of club. I sure hope they still serve alcoholic beverages & dinner to you while you watch movies. They were the ones who taught me that blue cheese is dynamite with sweet potato fries. This place will always have a place in my heart.

Love the seats, except not a lot to choose from other then extremely close to the screen. The chairs being able to lean back helps a lot though. There was extra seats in the VIP for which we had tickets but for some reason they could not get our discount to work properly...The customer service otherwise was really good. The only complaint I really have was just the price, extremely high especially if you want to get any popcorn or drinks.

Been here more than our own in Florence,AL. It's pretty and pretty big inside. Very clean which they clean up often. Restrooms and clean. We went for the theater. It was very comfortable and worry free. You know where you are sitting and dont worry about a good spot. Less people round lunch. Hit the dinner hour and hardly anybody there. Love this place.

I was made to walk all the way back to the parking deck by Barnes and Noble as my movie was starting to take my bag back to my car because it was from the candy store. I pulled out the contents and showed them there was no candy in it, just a novelty toy but they wouldn't let me in the movie until I took it back. Nit pickey. Madison 12 is much nicer anyway

Absolutely disgusting, there was a roach on the counter when I was purchasing my food and snacks and I told the cashier and he didn't even care. The counter was sticky and dirty and it was 4 pm I was the only one in line as to say that it was not busy so it should have been clean. I advised the manager on duty she did nothing as well. I guess I should call the health department and maybe they will care a little more than what they actually do!!!

Bathrooms were absolutely filthy and an alarm went off for the last 20 mins of the movie I watched, some door alarm.. the only staff that showed up were young kids that just walked around the theater looking at the doors. Audio wasn't the best. Chairs were very comfortable.
