Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get a ticket. Only had 2 cashiers. They were definitely not prepared for the crowd. Poor Management. The theater stunk. Nasty smell and was not clean. Had kids running around during the movie and talking which was very disturbing. The restroom stunk like 2 week old urine. Nasty. Dont know when the last time it was cleaned.

Not a fan of the “assigned seats” plus the line for tickets was extremely long and they would not wait on any regular guest until the premier people were taken care of, which seemed to have never ended. Good luck getting snacks if you are a commoner.

We stopped in on a rainy Thursday for a movie since our other activities we're washed out. We arrived for the 5:15 movie, with tickets pre-purchased. We encountered a small delay at the concession stand, where paper tickets had to be printed and concessions provided. There was some confusion among the staff concerning a manual ticket-checking process elsewhere in the theatre, and also the location of 3-D glasses. It was all sorted in time for us to be seated just after previews began -- which meant another 15 minutes before the movie start. Theatre was clean and the seats very comfortable.

Lines are always long for block buster movie releases and they never have diet coke except in one machine and only butter in 1 station on each side. I find it very hard to believe they don't have money for diet coke and butter. I watch more movies there than anyone because i am on A+ List but this theater needs lots of improvements.

They have such a wide range of movies to watch. You can watch the scariest movies while you can also watch the childest movies. 13 yr olds are not allowed to be at the movies past certain time restraints unless with a parent/guardian.

First they say they have 13 seats left. Then they say its sold it. And we are like but you just said theres 13 seats left. But apparently they're sold put even if they have seats left! Its ridiculous! We went all the way there just for them to say there are seats left but you cant have them! That made me so mad, I'm never coming back! They dont deserve my money! After they wasted so much of my time!

Not a good experience. The millenial at the ticket and food counter was rude and when we picked our seats (5 in our family) we were not told that 3 of the seats were across the stairs and not next to each other-even though on the map it looks like they are. So we did not get to all sit together and it was just a bad experience all around.

I am disappointed with my last couple of visits I have had. I went to afternoon shows that were not too busy, yet the lines to get tickets and concessions were extremely long and slow moving. Cleanliness was reasonable, but the rest rooms needed attention. The seats inside the theater were good, but would be more comfortable if they reclined. Arriving 15 minutes before the show time, I was left with all the pre-show trivia and screen items one time with no sound, the other with no picture. Both times these were reported to the staff who seemed to blow it off and say it would be fine when the movie started. For the price of movies these days, all of these things could easily be addressed.

Gone down hill so much. I'd rather go to nexus if I'm gonna be charged an arm and a leg for a movie. At least nexus has edible food and comfortable seats. Also this theater has been painted once since the 90s and it shows. The staff is rude and doesnt care.

When you pay the outrageous prices for tickets and food and then you have to take seats where you may not even get to sit with the person you are there with. Stupid.

It's over priced and u have to choose ur seats before u go into the theater. Which makes it hard when ur with a group. But the seating is comfortable and if u want to waste quite a bit of money then it's not that awful. But for a family of 4 be prepared to spend $100.

I am very disappointed with the new seating arrangement. They show you where you can sit and if you’re with a friend and there isn't two seats available then you will have to be split up watching the movie. Nobody should have to sit with people they don't know.

I still paid for my ticket which was around $13..next time I will just go to Spanish Fort because they are Little Far, yet Peace of mind.I ain't gotta spend my money on Mobile. There are several movie theaters in the area. This is our personal favorite. They have some showings that are reserved seating which is nice for when you are going with a group. If you pay for the yearly Premier option, it basically serves as a fast pass like at an amusement park where you go through a faster line. Theaters have stadium seating. They have done really well at keeping it nice.

It is our go-to movie place but only because there's not many options. The chairs are only somewhat comfortable to sit in for hours, the arm rests are terrible, and it's technically stadium seating but not really. I always bring a wet wipe for the chairs. Food selection is exactly what you'd expect, except they changed the nacho cheese to the small dip jars, and they're never hot hot like the machine so now I never order it. At least I save on that lol. Drink machines are always a disaster. There's never enough people to sell concessions and tickets, so there's definitely not enough staff to clean properly either. Big pros though: now they've adapted the seating selection and it is convenient that you don't have to stand in 2 separate lines if you want concessions.

Terrible design mixing concessions with ticket sales. Even if you buy tickets online you have to wait on everyone else buying tickets because you want popcorn. I had electronic tickets but still took 40 minutes to get popcorn because of all the ticket sales in front of me. To add insult to injury, you can pay $20 a month and use the express lane. No thanks. I will go to Regal Cinemas at McGowan (by Costco) from now on.

This theatre is conveniently located across from San Miguel restaurant on Schillinger Blvd. Which is perfect for dinner and a movie (and a margarita or two)! They offer online sales so you can buy tickets in advance without having to wait in line. They also have a preferred membership that can be used for discounted food items and upgrades. They offer a good variety of menu items (try the flatbread pizza) and they have one of the new soda fountains with 100’s of choices. The theatre itself is clean, with standard seating. The staff is friendly and efficient but the restrooms need more attention as they are occasionally dirty. Overall I like this place and recommend it!

The idea of assigned seats in a general movie theater is just plain stupid. What were they thinking? What problem were they solving? NOT A SINGLE ONE. If anything, the just successfully created a new one. While we were waiting for our movie theater to be now seating, we saw several people ask for a manager and saying they had the wrong seats or either someone else was in their seats. It was honestly not something that was needed, how about dropping prices on concessions if you want to make a change. ASSIGNED SEATS = STUPID IDEA. Whoever came up with this idea should be fired if not already. Will be happy to pay more next time and go to Nexus or any place else.

This place is a great place to catch a movie. They are theaters that have better seats, but these are comfortable as well. I'm a big guy 6' 2" 380 LBS and still found the seats comfortable, with plenty of leg room.

I as the parent was giving them permission to see the scary movie but they said I had to go in with him. They are teenagers. They lost my business.

An awesome Staff - We have been going there for over 16 years and the Staff and Manager Mrs. Samuels are like family. They always go out of their way to accomodate us. My wife and I are both members of Stub Hub and we watch on average of three movies a week! I give them on a scale of 1-10, they get a 10!

Have you ever wanted to sit on a cloud? I know I have, but my opinion isn't important. One of the best things that makes this average theater amazing is the seating. Now you can comfortably sit and watch all of your favorite mediocre Marvel movies while being perfectly happy with dull plot lines and terrible CGI. What really sold me in this theater was watching Suicide Squad, one of the best movies of my generation. From time after time, DC has delivered some of the best, and most intuitive movies we could ever ask for. So, if you are going to see a movie from Marvel, you will be just as comfortable in the premier seating as any DC fan, but you won't be as intelligent.

Decent theater that I go to on most days to watch movies since it is so close. Could use some updating to the chairs to match some of the competitors around but overall a good experience. Lately, the younger generations are making it a pain to watch movies because of conversations and phones being whipped out. I've had to go get personnel to escort people out before because they were just being incredibly disruptive and asked many times over the course of a movie to please quit yelling/disturbing others. I recommend going here if you have the time.

There was a bunch of chaos because people were sitting in our seat and causing such a mess. I dont think we should have assigned seats we arent children!! This should definitely be resolved because I am very unhappy about these seating arrangements. I dont want to go to the movies to sit by a random stranger and be uncomfortable the entire time. The worst AMC I’ve ever visited. They forgot to turn the screen on before the movie. Had an issue exchanging tickets, but accommodated me. There is no customer service counter. It had to be at the snack bar. No line for premium members. Pretty trashy looking AMC, I know better because I only visit AMC. Not happy with this experience.

We had a great time. We have the AMC Rewards and I haven't noticed the fast lane moving any faster but other than that it was great. We always enjoy seeing Miss Elizabeth taking tickets...we love her! Make sure you stop by and get your picture made in the photo booth! I have a collection all over my house of our pictures since we dated, took kids to the movies and now taking the grands!

The theater was pretty close to where we were and easy to find. There was plenty of parking and we able to get pretty close to the door. I liked that we were able to get our tickets inside at the concession stand. The attendant was enthusiastic and even helped us to get a discount. The theater was not crowded so we had a good choice of seats. The air conditioning was comfortable. We will come here again.

Worst experience ever at any theater. First it's filthy, it was the 1st showing of the day. Second and most important is the fact that they have this new assigned seating and due to this people were shuffling the rows in chaos. Me and my children were forced to sit separately. Finally a nice family offered to move down so me and my kids were together. When I purchased the tickets the new process wasn't explained to use. nor is there any explanation for it posted in the lobby, that I saw. This isn't a concery venue, I arrived early with my family to get good seating. Not one person seemed happy or impressed. This is a joke. AMC fix this.

Drove all the way down from Fayetteville NC to this theater to watch John Wick 3 with some friends that live there, just to have the idiots behind us talk the ENTIRE MOVIE. The manager Jacob asked us to leave when we tried to make a complaint. I will never visit this place again and I hope this place seeks new employees and management very soon.

Clean movie theatre, nice staff. However AMC staff told me I cannot bring a water bottle in theatre. I said I understand, how about I empty it? This way I could fill up with water at water fountain. But she says this is against policy as well. It is certainly understandable that you don’t want people sneaking in a Coke or some alcoholic libation - we’ll save that for afterward on Dauphin Street - but being unable to bring an empty bottle seems quite rigid policy. Maybe when AMC goes on the sustainability train they will start letting people bring their water bottles to save some plastic and help folks be healthy, but in the meantime I suppose I will just drink water beforehand. Hey on the bright side you train your employees to follow your policies very well - she wouldn’t budge an inch to let me bring in that water bottle!

Came here to watch a movie, and they said they are now doing reserved seating!! Tried to have us sit in the Middle of others, strangers right on your arm, all in your space. This ain't no damn concert hall. Ain't no movie worth being uncomfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe it. This is the stupidest decision I've ever seen made! So disappointed. We'll never come here again! We turned and left, ruined our whole evening. Now that I think about it, the group in line in front of us left too. I didn't know why at the time, but I bet they didn't want to be told where to sit either. Us two left not spending the 50 bucks it cost, that group left with their money, ain't no telling how much money is walking out over this cowboy bullS*. Infuriating..

Great experience. I quiet enjoyed the movie... But the concession stand workers need to get some act right and want to at their job. Took forever to get my food missed the first ten minutes of the movie and all previews

One of the best theatres in the area, but sometimes you get the unfortunate room and time of day where the sunlight will be extremely bright through under the emergency exit doors and it can be extremely distracting and pulls away from the movie. Rubber or brush edges on the bottom of the door would easily fix this.

If I can give 0 stars I would, the theater was dirty. Went to complain and someone came and only clean the first three rows, how about the other rows 4 and up! I did not pay $50+ dollars on tickets and food to be sitting in a dirty theater. Will be calling corporate.

I dont like the idea of having to have assigned seats. If I have friends that are meeting me at the movies, I want them to be able to sit with me.....that's the point of them meeting me to watch a movie together, not to sit across the theater from me because of assigned seats. Also as someone who is lawenforcement, I want to sit high where I can actually see everything that is going on, hence the reason for me getting to the theater early to sit where I want to sit. Will wait till the mo ie comes out on DVD for now on

I've been going here for a few years now. I usually order tickets online, show up to the counter, they ask for the card I ordered them on, they scan it, and hand me my ticket. That apparently changed recently. Went here tonight, now they are asking for the code from the online purchase, the code I've never needed, and didn't have on me. No code, no ticket, no refund. I guess I missed the memo on this new change. Now I'm out $15 and no movie to show for it. That is the last time I go to any AMC theater.

Quick service.. I suppose it is like most theaters now. You will need to raid your piggy bank or get a small loan if you want popcorn and a drink. I feel sorry for large families. I see why others in the theater concealed their own food here.

Went to see Toy Story 4 it was awesome, however I remember why I don't go to movies much the ticket prices are outrageous and so is popcorn and drink prices. What ever happened to the days when things were affordable.

Way way WAY more expensive than it deserves to be, which is why it's not 4 stars, but the food options are decent especially for a theater. It could be a bit cleaner, though I'm sure that's partially due to lack of adequate time between showings. Staff are pretty friendly and engaging. Real glad about that all-flavors Coke machine.

The actual experience was ok, but to have to pay $10 for a 2 year old to go into a movie that's not even a kids movie is ridiculous! Not to mention, he just slept the whole time...

I went to see the new Avengers movie at the 10:30pm showing. Everything was great until they turned all the lights on before the movie was off and you could hardly see the movie.
