Went on a Tuesday that was rainy. Every senior in lower Alabama was there. The line moved quickly the snack stand had lots of snacks the popcorn was reasonable and tasty. Theater is comfortable and clean

This is a really clean, up-to-date, movie theater. The place seems to almost run itself! Not to mention that it's located in a really cool shopping area! I went out with the guys here and I am coming back with my girl once she visits here. Not too far from Pensacola for a night out!

Second time we've come here and theater was closed for a problem. Had prepaid for tickets and now AMC won't refund as it was past the show time when refund was requested!! REALLY!? The theatre was shut down and AMC told me to take it up with the the theatre. Won't be back will go to Cobb from now on. Rude people! Plus I paid for a movie and didn't see it

Nice place, big theater, clean. The person who helped us with our tickets and popcorn was nice. Entrance was easy to find and everything was organized well. The theater room where we watched the movie (room 11) was big clean and comfortable. The chairs even layed back a bit.

Clean enough, comfortable enough but we are livid to have been drawn in at the advertised time the movie is to start to only sit for a full half hour watching commercials. We are ok with previews of new movies but TV commercials are not what we paid for. If the movie does not actually start until 1:30 then advertise the 1:30 showtime, not 1:00. How many ways do you have to tell people to buy popcorn? If we wanted popcorn we would have bought it since it is pretty much shoved in your face when you buy your tickets. I have been to a lot of different theatres and they are all bad, but this was absolutely the worst! Never again!

Usually go to Craft Farms. The kids wanted to try this one. It's a really clean and new feeling theater. The staff is friendly. You actually buy tickets inside at the popcorn counter. The sound was good and the screen was good size. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Staff was very friendly. Popcorn was fresh even though not many people there @1:30pm. Lobby and the 2 movie rooms we were in, 11 & 9, were clean. My husband complained to me that the mens restroom was nasty. He is not a complainer so it probably needed some attention. Other than that, great experience, I will return.

We purchased 4 tickets on June 4, 2018 for a movie 11 days later on June 15, 2018 which was the first day showing of Incredibles 2. We bought them in advance knowing that this would be a busy day for the box office. We also showed up to the theater with what we thought was a reasonable time to retrieve our already purchased tickets and find seats within the theater. This was not the reality that we walked into when we arrived at the theater. When we arrived at AMC Classic Wharf 15 there was no one at the box office, so we proceeded inside the building in search for a Fandango kiosk box to retrieve our tickets. Once inside, no kiosk box existed. So we were forced into the concession stand line that doubled as the ticket box line in order the retrieve our ALREADY PURCHASED TICKETS. I entered the back of this line at 1:20 pm for a 1:45 movie showing. Now for one more fact before we proceed with the rest of the story: there were only four employees working the ENTIRE 15 screen movie theater. There were 4 employees all sharing the responsibility of selling ticketing and selling concessions. There were no employees taking tickets before entering the theater, there were no employees cleaning the theaters or restrooms, and there were no employees anywhere else in the ENTIRE 15 screen theater other that the 4 that were behind the concession/ticket booth stand. So now that you have that context, lets go back to me arriving with my wife, 8 year old daughter, and 2 small children in the back of this line at 1:20 pm. Would you like to guess how long it took us to get to the front of this line? We arrived in the FRONT of this line after waiting 35 minutes at 1:50 for a movie that was advertised to start at 1:45 only to be told that the movie started at 1:35 pm. So please tell just how early I should have arrived in order to make this movie. I KNEW that the theater was going to be busy and this is why I purchased tickets 11 days in advance. The AMC manager not adequately predicting that this theater would be busy on OPENING day of an EXTREMELY POPULAR Disney movie, and then wanting to put the consumer at fault utterly blows my mind! The manager simply stated that we could have showed earlier to make it to the movie. We arrived 25 minutes early (to a movie that we had already purchased tickets for) and it took 35 minutes to get through their concessions/ticket booth stand. Interactions such as this where the business is at fault and they blindly blame the consumer show just how out of touch they are with their consumers. At this point, with this lack of customer service and continual blame being put on the consumer when it should obviously be put on you for grossly under estimating just how busy they would be on opening movie day leads me to believe that YOU DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS.

Bought tickes for my kids on the app, we were down on vacation I figured my 19 year old and almost 16 year old could go while down at the beach! They were rude and yelled at them across the room about no being old enough to see a movie I had already bought tickets for. I'm rethinking my premiere status at this point! Next time we will go to Cobb theater, Never had a problem there! Won't be back to this one!!!! I understand policy but rudeness I do not! U can't treat customers this way and stay in business! Js!!!

AMC theaters are so disappointing. The line to get tickets was too long (everyone has to go through the concession line to get their tickets). We ended up leaving because the line was so long and we would have missed the beginning of the movie. If you want to see a movie here then plan on arriving at least 45 min before your movie time in order to get a seat before the movie starts.

This is our favorite theater. Drive from Pensacola to see movies. It's safer, clean and covered parking. Ticket prices are reasonable and lots of food options in the shops for after the show.

Large 500 seat digital theater, for Mission Impossible: Fallout. We were two of only four people there on a Monday night. Large screen... I detected a *slight* out of focus projection (I'm an eye doctor), and the sound system had a faint "buzz" in quiet sections which was largely not a problem in an action flick. We'll be back!

Once I went to a different movie from the rest of my family. My movie got out an hour and a half before their’s. The manager kindly let me join them in their theater so I wouldn’t have to wait out in the lobby all that time. I thought that was a wonderful gesture on his part.

Very disappointed that we missed a lot of the beginning of the movie because of Waiting in the long "concession " line to purchase tickets!! We were made aware of this on your website! We would have shown up 45 minutes earlier to stand behind others getting tickets drinks popcorn etc before we could get tickets!! We will not be back! Theater was already darkened and movie been playing for a while that it was difficult to navigate and communicate with my disabled aging husband and his 80 year old sister!! I had to check at least one star so this could post....but you dont deserve that!!!

Comfy seats, good service, good movie quality, and you don't have to pick your seat before you're in the theater itself. Too many theaters are making you pick seats when you buy tickets. The popcorn was overly salty, but still bearable. Reclining seats would be nice, but still comfy.

This used to be the best theater in Baldwin Co., but it's recently gotten into a competition with the other 3 theaters for last place. I don't know if AMC is the problem, or just who they've hired. Sound stage in a lot of the theaters has started to become a problem (unbalanced L&R, too much from the front, too quiet, buzzing, etc). The picture quality is probably the best out of the 4 theaters, but has started to be an issue, and can sometimes be a bit blurry/out of focus. Overall, sound & picture is not nearly as big of an issue as other theaters, but it's certainly worse than it used to be. Concessions are probably the worst out of all the Baldwin theaters. Popcorn is often stale, sometimes burnt. Even when it's fresh it's never really good. The Freestyle Coke machines definitely need some work, a lot of times the soda is actually undrinkably disgusting. Overall, it's still our preferred theater, as the overall viewing experience is consistently better than the rest.
