I've had drunks behind me in one experience, we were given free replacement tickets, so that was good. Also, their seats aren't as comfortable as the newer theaters, they don't go back as far either. The price is right tho.

This is the worst theater I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of theaters. I went to see Rogue one. They played the previews more than 2 times they couldn't seem to get the movie started. Finally started the movie about 45 minutes after Showtime. They gave me and everyone else a free movie voucher. I told him I wanted a refund because I was never coming back and they refused to give me a refund. This is probably the only bad experience at any movie theater I have ever had.

When we got to the movie theater there was a line out the door. The ticket booths were closed, had to buy a ticket inside at the concession stand, which we couldn’t get to. Suggest if you want to use this movie theater you must get here 30 minutes before show.

Pretty good theater for the most part however I would suggest maybe keeping a closer eye on the restrooms as they get a little out of control. Maybe look into updating your auditoriums as well as far as seats go. Some are really bad stained, loud anytime you shift in your seat a little and uncomfortable somewhat. Probably just getting a little worn out is all though. Definitely will still view movies at this location if I’m in the area at the time. I’m just giving a little advice to possibly help. Staff is usually pretty friendly.

I have been a long standing Patron. The new amc premier club ruined this theatre for me. During a busy hour I could see it being fine, there was no one there and I walked up to the counter only to get turned away for premier members who had just walked up a min later. It was honestly really rude. I'm not going back.

When I first got to the theater the screen was half yellow, after complaining to an employee they immediately contacted a manager. The manager was quick to act and immediately fixed the problem. The rest of the experience there was amazing. The chairs are comfortable and the price of the movie even on the weekend at night was reasonable. Definitely a great theater to go to.

I liked it better when it was Rave. Now you have to pay extra for like popcorn seasoning. They have the coca cola freestyle machines now so technically you can get free refills on any drink. Could be cleaner

I love coming here! I have been coming here since I turned 16 and we always love it. Waaaay better than Premiere. My favorite time to go is Tuesdays for the $5 deal exclusive to AMC Stub members. Always clean, seats are a little uncomfortable but its not my couch so I understand. Will continue to come here.

an... interesting experience. It's an older theater, it feels and smells like it. At one point, walking to and from and IN the bathrooms felt like a horror flick because of how in efficient the lay out is, random long walkways and such. Besides the creepy old feel of it, I had no complaints. Popcorn was good, even had healthy snack options. The theater itself just needs an over haul remodel asap.

This theater is NASTY! There is mold growing in the water fountains. The bathrooms are dirty and stalls often do not have toilet paper. I usually love going to the movies, but this place is just gross.

I had a date night tonight with a very great guy. Haven't been to the movies since I don't know when! Very nice theatre. Clean and spacious inside, the outside has sort of cool retro theme to it. I dig it. Definitely makes the movie experience a lot more enjoyable when you see it at a great theatre and this location would be one of them. The only bummer was I got lost because it is sort of concealed in the back, but hey, it happens! Definitely will be going back soon! :-)

Always clean and the employees are always so friendly. Last night, however, they went above and beyond. I purchased 2 tickets for The Shack via Fandango and used a gift card that I had received for Christmas. When I arrived at the theater, I realized I had left home without my phone. I had no way of proving that I had bought tickets (because I had used a gift card and not a credit card). I was resigned to buying 2 more tickets when the manager on duty told the attendant to let me in. Such an act of kindness is rare and something I won't forget! Thank you!

Needs to be remodeled but everything seems to be in good working order. Screens and speakers on good shape. I've never waited long in line for anything and the staff is always professional and kind. Best part is the location. Makes dinner and a movie convenient, and there are some good restaurants close.

Air conditioning didnt work in the theater. We went to see Avengers Endgame and they turned on the lights before the credits finished rolling. Also the preferential treatment at the concession stand for "stub club" members is ridiculous.

Tonight the popcorn, the drinks and the fruit snacks were the only thing that were reliable. The intro that you normally experience didn't even start when the movie was supposed to. Had to alert staff to get it started. Then there was no audio so we had to get them to fix that. Even though it's automated you should still have someone to at least make sure the automation works.

I Love This AMC Movie Theater! We come here often. Comfortable seats & Not freezing (like another local theater). Great selection of food, snacks & beverages. The Premier Stubs Membership for $15/year more than pays for itself! It gets you quick entry with your own preferred line, free upsize on drinks & popcorn, & reward points on every dollar you spend which results in many $5 Reward Credits to use towards movie tickets & concessions. Every Tuesday movies are only $5 all day long! Asst Mngr Alessandra & the staff are very friendly & accommodating. One time i ordered a pizza & they brought it to me to my seat. Another time, we went to see a movie which turned out to be terrible, so 15 minutes into the film we walked out & they refunded us. You can't ask for better service!

I'm from mobile area and came to visit this location . It was very hard trying to locate the movie theater its so hidden in the back. Very inconvenient for out of state people to locate the place . Add more signs in the street to find it easier. Another thing the seating is so awful and dirty . Like why do they cloth seating. Ewww . I felt like I was going to catch something sitting in those awful outdated seats. I will never come back to those old outdated interior movie theater. Mobile is the best . Get a major upgrade and I will definately be back .

Fix your sound. Fix your picture quality. Sound quality is a HUGE issue if you are seeing a movie in any theater other than one of the large main theaters.. If you've ever been to even a semi-decent movie theater in your life, coming to this movie theater is always a let down. The sound stage in the theaters is janky. Volume is often way too low, and the balance is whacked, with the majority of sound coming from just one of the front side speakers, but never both, and definitely never the rear/side speakers. Listening to a movie with the sound coming from just the front left (or right) corner of the room is a huge disappointment when you spend $20-25/person w/ concessions to see a movie. Picture quality is also greatly lacking. While you can make exceptions since they are using older equipment, we've watched a number of films that are slightly out of focus and blurry. 3D movies are also often dim and hard to see. Apart from the quality of the movies, there also a number of theaters that have broken seating in the prime locations (2-5 rows up, dead center). When you're the only ones in the theaters, you should be able to sit where you want, and not have to accommodate poor facilities. We've also had numerous times where the movie either never started, started without sound or the lighting never dimmed. Having to find an employee to remind them to do their job is very annoying.
