They need to hire more people to run the counter. Took us 15 minutes to get our food before the movie. The premiere member line needs it's own register, very aggravating to have 30 people in the regular line and have 2 people who have just walked up get called up before someone who has been there 5 minutes already.

I love it here and on Tuesday I used to watch 2 movies because the doors would open up at 11am on most show. Now they don't open until after 1pm.

I had a Diet vanilla root beer mixed with caffeine-free orange Dr Pepper!! And watched a movie too. Clean, odor-free theater with large rooms and screens. Some people wish it had single reclining chairs, but I like raising the divider bar to snuggle up to my date

All movie theaters are overpriced. I get that. Drinks and popcorn are how they make their money, but AMC took over an already expensive theater and made it even more expensive. $30 for two tickets and 1 large Coke. The seats here aren't that comfortable and you are thisclose to whoever you are sitting next to. Not well insulated, could hear other movies playing next door. Honestly, if it wasn't for "Aquaman", I would not even have have visited this place. (Albany, GA wasn't playing it and this was my next closest option).

I don't think the restrooms are cleaned later in the day. Also our 6:45 movie had maybe 50 people attending and the trash was overflowing when we got to the door. The trash evidently wasn't taken out between movies.

It's a good place to catch a movie. The theater and restrooms are clean. The food and drinks seems a little expensive even for "theater food". They have a good selection of food outside of the usual popcorn and candy. They are located close to many restaurants if you want to eat before or after the show.

They don't open up the booths just to sell tickets. You have to buy tickets from the concession stand so you also have to wait for people buying snacks which makes for slow moving lines. This can be really annoying, especially when you're short on time to see a movie.

Seating is pretty good, nice and clear screen, but a couple of times someone's kid was going up and down the aisle and had to be told multiple times to stop. Overall is a good theater, but I prefer the classic 6. Seating is better in my opinion there

It usually has a good selection, and the staff is usually friendly, but beyond that there's not much good to say. There are always problems with either picture, or sound. They don't have any of the modern amenities like D-Box, or recliners. They open later, and later it seems. They used to have shows starting at 10:30, but now they don't have anything that starts before 11:30. I am glad the Clark Cinema 10 in Enterprise opened, so I can actually enjoy watching movies again.

It's an ok place, takes too long to get a ticket for the movie and staff is slow, need more help. Clark Cinema 10 in Enterprise, Al. on the other hand is Amazing, all seats are recliners and very comfortable and have pizza, hamburgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs and other items, they bring them to you after you are seated , very friendly and spotless, felt like royalty in there !!

They didn’t have either ticket kiosks open to purchase tickets. The one line backed up to the door where you had to purchase tickets, drinks, popcorn, etc. We waited in that line for nearly 30 minutes to purchase a movie ticket and barely moved. We ended up leaving and missing the entire movie because we didn’t want to pay full price for a movie if we were going to miss 20+ minutes of it waiting behind people who were purchasing food and drinks. I understand their setup if it were a slow night, but not on a busy night when your line is backed up to the door. I’ve never been so disappointed at a movie theatre and I will be trying to avoid it like the plague from now on.

The auditoriums are typically clean and functional, but the lines are atrocious. Those who just want tickets are relegated to the concession line where other patrons painstakingly decide between corn dogs and chicken fingers. They never use the ticket booths they already have in the front of the lobby. Also, ever since the switch to AMC, the showtime spread has been narrowed. Early showings aren't so early and late showings are nonexistent. Last thing. We already have to sit through 25 minutes of previews... please start the movie on time.

The line was extremely long, and we missed the first 10 to 15 minutes of the movie, as did many other people. Probably need to find a new method to process people more efficiently. Popcorn and movie was great though!

It was ok. The prices are very high. I lost my phone. I called back and The cashier answered the phone and wasn't friendly or helpful. She said I needed to buy another ticket to look inside the theater where I was sitting. I asked her to look in the seat right in the front. She said No. I will not interrupt anyone looking for your phone. Clearly she has never misplaced or lost her phone. Smh. I spent over $60 today for myself and my son. Pretty sorry customer service, in my opinion.

Most theaters these days have big recliners with table tops. This place is like the theaters in the 80s. In addition, you buy your tickets at the snack bar....inefficient. Not from the area so it may be typical here. Movie was good tho, just uncomfortable seating. Take a cue from Carmike AMC.

I really enjoyed my experience because the ticket prices were very cheap on a Saturday. Also it was no wait time and we were able to sit down and the theater was also immaculate.

There was only one ticket salesperson so the line was slow. Then the line for concessions was just as bad. The temperature in the theater felt like it was in the high eighties. There wasn't surround sound during the movie, it all came from the front. The theater was clean and so were the restrooms, but it wasn't anything impressive overall.

I went here around 1:30 to watch the new guardians of the galaxy and the manager sold us tickets for a movie that started at 12:30. She never told us when it started and I didn't check the time until I had already bought my large popcorn, and my boyfriend had bought a large drink and nachos. After we had started getting our drink we checked and noticed that the movie was an hour in. So we went back to the counter and they were able to change the time but our new movie is at 4 so we are going to have cold nachos and popcorn. To me this service was very poor because anyone could have since enough that people don't want to see a movie that is an hour in and I have now waisted about 10 dollars in food.

Tickets were 8 and change for digital screen. Small Popcorn with Small Drink was $5 with a coupon that the girl behind the counter graciously shared with us. Otherwise it would have been 5 for drink and 5 for popcorn so thank you to her. Seats were normal fold down seats for digital show but you get what you pay for. Great time for my son. He loved the Endgame!

I love going to the movies! Im a rewards member and always buy my ticket online. My only complaint about this place is that even though Ive already bought my ticket, I still have to stand in line to check-in... They say premier members get express service, but most of the time it takes just as long or longer to stand in the premier line. It would be SO much easier and faster if they had some electronic scanner in the lobby, or a way to check-in on the app! When they upgrade that, everything will be great!

Theater 9. I asked an employee to have someone adjust the picture to the screen, and his response was "Oh I'm hoping that is just the advertisements".. If the top and bottom of the avengers is cut off, with the picture at a tilt...I'll never come back here....(I saw a movie in theater 8 recently, and the picture was aligned with the screen )...LUCKILY... the picture was adjusted when the previews started, and the movie was GREAT!

The theater is a great one but the weekend crowd of uncontrollable children and adults acting like children make it a place that I refuse to subject my family to. There is no security and the cops quit being there on the weekend making us feel unsafe with small children due to the massive crowd of unsupervised children that looked to be between the ages of 9 and 21. Not only is this but they had one cashier giving out tickets would 6 at the concession stands just standing there with two lines going out the door merging at the front cashier.

Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody in Dolby sound. MOVIE AND THEATER get 5 stars. Seats, screen, audio: All top notch ... BUT ... 2 senior matinee Tix, 1 large SLURPEE (I had to pour myself) and 1 "regular"sized bag of popcorn ... $32.45! OUCH!

Many people don't realize it but you can always buy your ticket at the concession stand. So if the line is long at the ticket booth, go straight to the snack bar and get everything at once. Love the stadium seating here. At first I didn't know what to think of the premier membership, but have found it to be a great deal if you go very often. You get a discount on your snacks and movie entrance. If you are a veteran, you get an additional discount. They have recliners at the AMC 6 location that is a great experience if you can get into that theatre.

Went to watch a movie that started @9:35. We got their at 9:58 and the movie hadn’t even started yet still in the previews. When we had got the door opened and came inside they wouldn’t take cash or card. They were very rude .

The theater room was dirty, the floor was sticky, and none of the game machines worked. I asked for coins to try another one and told them they were just taking my money and not working and the girl looked at me like I was stupid, gave me 4 quarters and didnt bother to tell me the last one was just gunna take me money to, then last attempt was to use the photo both like we have since my son's first theater visit and it isn't working either. Never have I been here and service been so horrible.

It was a holiday and we sincerely appreciated the employees there. We didnt know that we needed to scan our ticket when we first walked in. There was no sign or person to direct us. The floor in the theater were filthy with popcorn and trash. The movie reel messed up, but the movie was good. Of course the food is over priced. I bought a plain hot dog, medium drink and caramel popcorn all for 21.00 and some change. Never eating there again! Popcorn was stale, drink was watery, the over price hotdog was okay. Still it wasn't worth the money. End up throwing away the popcorn and drink. Kinda difficult eating with trash at your feet! Do better!!!

While the theater is clean and the staff is wonderful, the movies are too loud! My autistic family rarely goes out to the movies for this very reason. I would love it if they would have an autism friendly movie time where they played the movies at a much lower volume. I love the theater experience with the screen taking up my whole world while sitting in comfortable seats, but I don't like riding home with a husband who is melting down and yelling at the kids to be quiet because the movie was so loud he can no longer process any other sounds.

They have fast and friendly service everytime I go in. They always make sure we are well taken care of especially when my mother co.es who is blind and needs the hearing assistant device. On another note now that this cinema is getting up in age the seating is getting to be crickity but still comfortable for the duration of the movie. Definitely will keep going to this cinema in the future.

. We saw The Lion King, as the previews started they dimmed the lights as usual..There were a lot of people that were still coming in at this time and because of this the employees were gracious enough to turn the lights back up so everyone could find a seat ..I give the employees here 10 stars if i could.. They were all very courteous.. As far as the actual theater, my only complaint really is the seating is very uncomfortable.. Of course I'm used to rocking stadium seating that even has seats to fit 2 people if desired.. In all I do recommend the AMC theater in Dothan..

Been coming here since they opened. Crazy busy on weekends. Doesn't matter when you come here. Very nice theater. Staff is always super friendly. They have Dothan PD as security on the weekends. There has never been any kind of incident here. In today's world, they should have them 7 days a week in my opinion.

Great parking. Lots of staff. Depending on what time of day and what day you go depends on how crowded. We use their app, they have discount days and special events. Drop off and pickup area. Wheel chair accessible in all areas. Bathroom is usually always clean.

I stood in line for nearly 20 minutes missed my show so I got out of line and went home. Is it any wonder why big theaters are failing. They expected me to stand in line and let the people who sell popcorn sell me a ticket so everyone standing in line had to go to the popcorn stand. Didn't appreciate that at all. I would suggest automated ticket sales where I could walk over and stick my credit card in and walk into a movie theater. I was there in plenty of time to see the movie. There's nothing worse than missing the first four minutes of any movie.

Excellent theater with comfortable seats and all digital equipment. 3D movies are $2 more but definitely worth it. Concessions include even pizza and hot dogs but are pricey. Lots of parking with easy access. AMC has several discount programs including a $20 monthly pass that allows you to see 3 movies per week, and even includes the 3-D movies.

We enjoy 'going to the movies' here. Purchase tickets online and use the stubs club line to pick them up....quick and easy! The seating is general admission with regular style seats, not the reserved seat recliners that are in some AMC's, so be sure to arrive early enough to get seats together if you need more than 2. Snacks are good but overpriced like most theaters, and bathrooms are usually well kept.
