This funeral home took every decoration off my grandmothers grave and threw it in the trash so they could mow the grass. No notice or anything. This was not just dead flowers but momentos that can never be replaced. They wouldnt even allow us to search the garbage to find our objects. Do not use this facility. They obviously do not care about the feelings of their clients. I would put zero stars if i could and the owner was incredibly rude when I addressed my concerns with her.

Very rude once they found out we dint have a lot of money, only was willing to give us 10mins with only 5 of us to view my grandmother. They refused to apologize after we brought up that we were unhappy with the treatment. But quick to tell us we could go somewhere else. After telling us it would be free of charge to move her body somewhere else, they then charged $200 to move her. A bad experience all together.

I was with a friend picking up her mother's ashes, and I was a bit shocked of the " plastic" bag that was handed to her to carry out the urn of her mother? Even Starbucks has a bag with a rope on it when you buy a coffee mug? At least have canvas bag or something more appealing for such items, just a thought. Considering the amount of money that is used for the services it wouldn't hurt to look into something a bit more less like a grocery plastic bag. I'm not trying to bash your company, just a odd observance for a upsetting time of families.
