They took time and dedication in preparing my love one for the services. I would most definitely utilize their services again if needed. It is so very important to know that you having a business that is dedicated and willing to go above and beyond to assist a family when they are going through such a difficult time in their lives.

When i first came though the door they were so nice and Camila told me i could reach her anytime w my concerns. Once we signed that contract and they picked my mother up, I couldn't find a soul to answer my questions. I wanted the death Notice to run in the Sunday paper because my mothers funeral was going to be Tues, so that anyone she know tht i didnt could beable to come. They said it would be extra, when i asked how much extra, the receptionist told me she will check, and i never received a call back. My mother looked nothing like herself she wasnt even attractive when they were finished, and my mother was a pretty women, the recreation of her was shameful. When my aunt went to once her over, their staff who does the make up wasnt even there to fix her look, so the morning of her service we arrived to Mother looking dark dark brownish grey. And to top it off, her nail polish was smeared, u could see someones finger prints in her nails, it was awful. I told the director I wanted the casket left open, but he closed it during the services. She was suppose to wear a ring my brother made her, his a Carpenter. It was suppose to be like a piece of him here because my brothers in prison. Right after the Funeral Director voiced his concerns about her finger swelling, and that he may not be able to get the ring off after the services. I told him the ring needs to stay on. He brought the ring over to me 20mins later, UNBELIEVABLE, UNBELIEVABLE!! And we cant get the last day with my mother BACK. THAT MY BIGGEST REGRET!

Too many mistakes,unresolved issues,lack of care for my loved one(BROTHER) ,lack of communication. Unprepared ,flowers forgotten make up wasnt done good enough ,cosmetics was off(hair wasnt properly done) . hope im never here again with a loved one period but never here

They are never prepared, it’s too many people to talk to rather then one person. No one knows anything when you call, you never get a call back when they say they would. I wouldn’t refer them to anyone!!!
