This funeral home couldn't have made the most difficult time in my life any easier. Our daughter passed away at birth and the unknown of what to do when planning a baby's funeral was uncomfortable for me but Cindy knew just how to speak with me so that I understood what to expect. We hired Wes to help out at the visitation and service. Wes kept me on track and focused during the service and like Cindy, he told me what to expect and recommended ways to go about it. I am so pleased with their services.

When our father passed in Oconomowoc, we used Pagenkopf, after interviewing four different funeral homes. We can not recommend them higher, and are extremely pleased with our decision. Kevin and Cindy were highly interactive with us, even accommodating some different and difficult requests. When our military honor guard cancelled last minute, Cindy would not accept that answer and somehow miraculously assured our father got his honors. They never tried to over sell us anything, their pricing was transparent and they could not have been more pleasant to work with (handling every detail we needed). It was very much a family environment, and totally comforting. They took our personal remembrances and made a beautiful display of them for our guests. Best thing I could say is that if we lived in Wisconsin, we would love to be their friends!

The owners seem insane. The two times I have been in their presence, they were berating their employees. Probably why they have such a high employee turnover rate. They go through good people like cheap pencils.
