Northwest Funeral Chapel did an amazing job on my grandmother. She looked just like herself. However, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LEAVE ANY JEWELRY ON THEIR LOVED ONES. The reason why my family left my grandmother’s jewelry on her because the funeral home discussed with my family that they have a check off list and everything will be returned to us confidently. Remind you, we discussed this with the funeral home several times because we did not won’t it to be STOLEN! On yesterday when my family went to pick up my grandmother’s remains her diamond gold cross necklace and gold earrings was not there. Now the funeral home made up plenty poor excuses without an apology. When dealing with the dead and in this type of business it’s no mistakes. This is our loved ones. How dare you steal from the dead. But whoever from this funeral home that has my grandmother necklace and earrings nothing good is going to come from it. You will be cursed. Any human being that can steal from the dead is a disgrace. Especially when you are trusting a FUNERAL HOME to at least not be corrupted to the dead. Its pitiful how corrupt the world is.
