Normally I am not one to write extremely negative reviews, but I think for the service that this company provides, people need to know. First there was a "new" (I hope) employee that was helping us to plan the service for my Brother in Law, and lets just say - he should find another career path. If you are dealing with people during one of the toughest times of their lives you need to show sympathy toward the situation, which DID NOT happen once throughout our dealings with him. This includes the end of the service when we were basically "kicked out" of the sanctuary, as well as when he decided to strike up a political conversation with our guests (who does that at work?). The redeeming quality was the woman that we dealt with who shared her story of personal loss and understanding - but I would caution her to be sure of who she is talking to prior to calling them an "outsider, who is removed from the situation."

Just went to a funeral they got many typos not sure if we have ashes from a dog or a person so thats interesting only sent one person to retrieve my loved one and told us to hurry up the weathers bad shut this place down
