If I could give 0 Stars I would. Did not honor my late mother's wishes as to how to handle her cremains. Despite being told multiple times on who was authorized to pick her up, including being told the very morning of the day her cremains were picked up, they went against those instructions, and in doing so, broke WI State Law as well. Was told by their janitor that her cremains had been split up and given out to people estranged from the family. No apologies and no acknowledgement of their mistake.

My ex husband had a memorial service here. He was a respected member of the hales corner fire dept. And of his community. Beautiful service. Rest in paradise Wes.

My friends grandma had her funeral here.. u was in the back during the service. The lady who worked there was playing a game on her phone. So disrespectful. Today. I am here for a funeral of a coworker's mom.. the same woman still works here and was on her phone telling me to go right to the funeral. I hate this funeral home.

The atmosphere is very comforting. They offer a kitchen with coffee and you are able to bring in snacks as well. I have been here for a few funerals and they have all had a much more positive outlook on the loved one's life instead of all if the sadness and darkness.

We had the opportunity to work with Bob from the Hartson Funeral Home when one of our community members passed away and wished to be interred in Wisconsin. These types of arrangements can be quite difficult, but Bob and his team were excellent. They are very organized and displayed a high level of professionalism. The community of Hales Corners is lucky to have a funeral home like Hartson to serve them at their time of need.
