The celebrant was completely clueless! If she had rehearsed any part of the stories, she may have made it through a sentence without forgetting her lines. It was embarrassing to sit through. One other point of failure.... Either the funeral home stole cards with money or they gave ALL the cards to my ex-wife who didnt forward any to me. 4 people called me to find out if I got their cards..... Still waiting! My family was horrified to find out how much this cost for a basic cremation and service. I wouldn't direct anyone I like to this funeral home! Shame on you Cress!

As much as it sucks to have to have been here, I have to say that the staff and director were all very professional and respectful. Everything was taking care, and the staff never left us wanting. The space we had was very clean and nicely maintained. Absolutely no complaints.

Yvette Werth was extremely helpful when my brother and I were planning my father's funeral. She knew just what to ask, had booklets to help us choose memory cards and flowers to have at the funeral. When we said we wanted a luncheon after the funeral, she brought in information of places in town that could cater the funeral. She was so helpful and was so respectful of our needs and grief. As the weeks went on after the funeral, Cress sent me booklets to help me in the closing out my father's subscriptions, memberships, etc. To get refunds for health insurance premiums not used, etc. How to get the life insurance claims started etc. These have been very helpful. Thank you Cress!
