I received service you'd expect from a large town funeral home but with a small town touch and friendliness. Derek Reser did a great job working with me over an extended period (my fault) and made sure things were just right during a grave-side service. Mr. Bratley called to make sure things were right when Derek was away. Thanks very much for your outstanding customer service and making things work smoothly!
