This place is stinks. The smell is horrible. It's customer service leaves alot to be desired. They may be able to have lower prices at times but it seems at a lower quality. They promisedy friends wife one thing and what she got was different.

Jonathan Sigman assisted my family the whole way through our difficult times. The entire staff proved to be prompt and courteous. I feel like my father was in good hands with kind people, thank you.

They neglect my family's head stones and steal the flowers from their grave and now recently their graves have been robbed of their flower vase. we cannot keep decorations on my great grandparents grave without it being stolen or thrown away. youre better going to the cemetary by vienna. this place is a joke

My mother passed away in August and we didnt get a temporary marker until february. Then we realize the dates on the temporary marker are all wrong. The staff are very unorganized and dont do as they promised, for we asked 3 different times for a temporary marker. Not to mention someone was supposed to keep an eye out for an unwelcomed guest, and failed to keep them out resulting in a fight. Needless to say, I am very disappointed, for when my grandfather was buried there 4 years prior, we had an amazing experience.

This is probably the worst place you could have bury your passed loved one. If my grandmother didn’t already have this place picked out because my grandfather was buried there WHEN THE STAFF WAS ACTUAL NICE CARING PEOPLE. Current time, they are rude, disrespectful, and unsympathetic. Not only did these people drop my grandmother, leave a gash in the back of her head, but they also tried to take no responsibility for it. When they finally did take responsibility, WE DIDNT EVEN GET A SORRY! The actual process was a nightmare and all they was worried about was money, money, money. After she was laid to rest, I had family come all the way from Connecticut and decorate the grave so family could find it. These people at sunset ripped up planned flowers ON HER GRAVE PLOT, and threw away a $50 statue that was buried into the ground ON HER PLOT. It was not in the way of ANY yard work that they would need to do.. and do you think they care that they went and destroyed a loved ones grave? Absolutely not. These are truly horrible people and a horrible business. To make matters worse the provided vase for her grave is broken and has been for years since my grandfather was buried over 10 years ago. My grand mother passed in Nov 2018 and her dates still aren’t on her grave stone. They don’t have time to do their ACTUAL JOB, like FIX HER VASE AND HER DATES, but they have time to destroy her decorations on her grave, with no real reason behind it besides “weed eating”. Don’t use this place.

It's a nice funeral home but don't feel the sympathy as should just care about the money, then good luck keeping flowers and people stealing everything off the markers. Joe was awesome at doing the arrangements and has do feelings ( sympathy ) but seems like after he retired place went downhill.
