Just attended my wife’s Grandmothers viewing & funeral at Reger’s. There was one individual that was outstanding, and they had the last name Reger. The chapel was outstanding where the service was held, hence the two stars. Other than that I can only post a poor review; the majority of the staff was rude and very short with grieving family members, the pressure and rush they put us through was unreal, the viewing area was run down looking and just an uncomfortable area to stand around in, the bathrooms were tiny and smelly! I wish they had made this funeral memorable for the right reasons.
