Tony was very professional and cared for my needs and concerns. His staff was very friendly and courteous. I will ALWAYS recommend Matics Funeral Home. On the day of my husbands funeral, Tony brought a concern to me regarding flowers that may have mistakenly been given to me. I searched the cards and none of them had anyone else's name on them. This showed me that he cares about any concern an individual may have and he quickly tried to remedy only to find out that the florist never sent the flowers.

Flowers that were ordered for my Uncle were given to another person's service. I have used the same florist for 30 years with no issues. When the florist called he hung up on them

The small town of Clendenin brings many aquainances and friends of the Matics family to their funeral Home . However, they are able to service each and every family with compassion, respect and understanding in their time of need. Tony Matics was friends with my dad and I know it was difficult for Tony. He was very compassionate to my entire family and also took time to talk to my 7 year old son on what a great man his grandfather was. .
