They were good to my family when my son passed in June I had no problem with them they were respectful and polite to us talked to me anytime I needed to change things before service I would recamend them but everyone has his own opinion

While this funeral home is polite and courteous, they outright lied to my family about military funerals. My grandfather passed and we wanted full military honors including the 21 gun salute. They told my family that only Presidents and dignitaries received 21 gun salutes. I served for 10 years and had performed in hundreds of military funerals and knew this was untrue, but at the time my family was deeply mourning and I felt it better not to fight this. I have double checked with my military brothers and sisters whom I have served with and performed military funerals with and confirmed my knowledge as being true. My family and I are extremely hurt and disrespected by this lie and feel that our grandfather deserved better. He served his country only to be disrespected after death. If you are going to be getting military honors please stand up for your loved ones.....

The owner of this facility refused to get on the phone and speak to me. Had his rude employee do his dirty work and they kicked my dead mother out even tho they had all the ins money and were being paid. They were ashamed to face us, and they ought to be. All I wanted was a conversation to let him know how we were treated while he was away and how it added to our hardship in the hopes that maybe some other family might have a better experience in the future. But he wasn't honorable enough to even come to the phone. If you supported your employee all that much why not get on the phone and defend his actions like an honorable man?

You guys... like things can’t get worse with a loved one passing and us being 3000 miles away... anyone who knew my grandmother loved her and she brought so much joy to people life. We only wanted to grant her every wish she wanted with her passing and the men at this funeral home have made our life a nightmare. They have had my grandmother in their care since the 3rd and then all of a sudden said they would no longer be honoring our wishes and fulfilling our funeral arrangements that we had completely planned and the insurance was processing to pay them... they won’t even speak to us they just told us that we need to have her moved to another facility immediately! I can only get there as fast as I can

If I could give it negative stars I would. My mother died unexpectedly. I live 3000 miles away. Their funeral home director Patrick refused to help me plan my mothers funeral over the internet. He insisted he work with someone local. His tone with me ten minutes after I had found out my mother died was terrible. He then went to the person good enough to help us but nothing in writing saying she was the person in charge and planned my mothers entire funeral without consulting me once. He refused to contact me. The owner Todd Whittingham has been on vacation. I put in a call to him this morning to have a conversation about what had happened and how Patrick might be corrected so that someone else might not have the same experience as I have had and he refused to even have a 5 minute conversation with me and instead had the person who was so rude to me in the first place call and tell me that he does not have any time for me and has no intention of talking to me and every confidence that his guy, Patrick is handling me with the utmost professionalism and that they have decided I need to move my mother to another facility. This is the least professional place I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. In a time of insurmountable grief Keller’s Funeral home has made the death of my mother ten times worse. All it would have taken was for the kids went, who was with people when I called the first time would have taken is 5 minutes out of his time to listen to me. Save yourself some heartache and go someplace else for your loved ones final journey because this place could not care less.

The way they turned away my beloved family friend is absolutely uncalled for. What happen to compassion & caring for the families needs? This place has no sympathy for the deceased. Stay away from this place !
