I had my dog sent here for cremation, he was picked up from my vets office. When I came home I called the funeral home the following day. I spoke to someone about having a paw print in a mold of plaster. I was given a price and told they would collect the fee for this additional service upon pickup. When I arrived at the funeral home, my pet was in a small tin can with a piece of scrap paper attached with an ink paw print. I asked about the mold and they said it wasn't done. At this point there was nothing that could be done, we will never get that opportunity again. If you are having services done here make sure you go over and get information in writing and a paper receipt.
