Horrible experience. I was at the funeral home and received flowers that never turned up at the church. Carvelli was speaking to my husband's mother, not to me. At the church, the men took off so fast. I had to pay for this too. Never received the book people signed their names in, until later when I called. The pictures I sent disappeared. Worst of all, 3 months later, I never received his ashes. Update, received his ashes almost 4 months later. Our wedding ring was gone. No record, no apology. They gave me an urn with now I have to wonder, is my husband's ashes. Looking today at the memory book they gave me. Pictures of flowers, with names mixed up. I thanked the wrong people. My boss sent flowers according to the book, and I never knew.
