During what has been the hardest thing we have ever gone through, loosing our precious baby, our son Killian, Roxanne was so very kind and compassionate and helped us with everything we needed to get through this, even giving us the time we needed to break down and grieve while there. I wish I could say that I never met her, but since we had to, I’m so grateful for her professionalism and demeanor.

Columbia Funeral Home was amazing! We loved the fact that they are not a part of a corporate chain and therefor offer a more personal touch when it;s needed the most. Our Funeral director Joe T. was so willing to accommodate all of our needs. There was no pressure to purchase more than we needed and his lighthearted touch made this process so much easier. I buried my father, two sisters, my mother, and my son here. My family has also referred other friends to Columbia Funeral Home. They really are the best in terms of price, compassion, & availability to the family. And, if you let them know in enough time they will have anything you need on hand. I even got a couple of books on grieving, for myself and my grandson, from their library. I don't believe my family would ever consider going anywhere else, in the area, in terms of burial needs, they are the BEST!

I find it shocking that Columbia funeral home is so expensive. To cremate my brother costed us $2300. How can this funeral home justify that? They said to add a memorial service would cost another $1000. What a horrible thing to have to face right at the time we have to face our brother's sudden and unplanned death.

Roxanne was very warm, personable and accommodating in the services for our late father. The viewing was lovely. The entire process was very well organized and minimized our worry for the fine details that needed attention.

People works there need more understanding the spelling PATIENT acting in front of customers. #2 My sucjess The business Columbia Funeral Home needs a bluray player ASAP so it can plays any format of DVD .Please ( the basic around $49 ) for the family who has paid for their ralative funeral instead using a old age projector doesn't works and waisted time for both parties especially waisted time of the customers who does not have time to run around getting more stresses by asking the staffs the same question why my slideshow dvd doesn't play ??? The relative and guests coming on the funeral would love to watch the memorial photos in the last moment. It really means to them ofcouse those playback photos are the last only change for people to watch before step out Columbia Funeral Home .
