My mom just passed and I cannot tell you how great of a job that National funeral homes did. They made the process so smooth and easy and the worst part of my life. We did a celebration of life and everyone said that it was fantastic. The rest of our family will be going here when our time comes to be with God.

Expect to call back multiple times given they seem to be very busy. Especially if you are looking to plan your financials in advance. They will make it very hard to understand pricing. Had to call one of their directors (Will) more than 5 times without being able to get pricing details. Finally called and the receptionist was kind enough to finally get a different director (George) who was helpful in providing us with what we needed. Of course this was to plan for an impending death - if it had already happened and I came onsite, perhaps the experience would have been better.

I cannot say "Thank You" enough to National Funeral Home and, in particular to our Funeral Director, Jacob Raymond. When my brother died, I was a mess. Jacob and the others at National took care of everything for me. He worked with me on a celebration of Michael's life that was beautiful, uplifting and seamless. I felt like I was dealing with family. Everyone at National Funeral Home was kind, supportive and went above and beyond for us. Thank you for making such an awful, sad situation so much easier for us to deal with.

Thank you to Donna Gilbert at National Funeral Home for helping us with arrangements for my grandma, our beloved family matriarch and cherished community icon . Donna was professional, sensitive and accommodating to all of our requests. Our family found Donna to be respectful and patient with all of our questions, given that we had many family members that wanted to make sure everything was perfect to pay tribute to my grandma's incredible life. Overall, the staff at the home was accommodating and kind. I found their professionalism top notch. The facilities are well-kept and accommodating to large groups. Thanks again to Donna and the staff at the National Funeral Home for your assistance and compassion during a particularly difficult time for our family.
