Very Rude!!! My aunt passed away suddenly, payment was expected in full before any arrangements were made. Our whole family (at least 20 people) were made to wait with the receptionist while finances were arranged. We all drove an hour to the funeral home, where we sat for another hour and a half. After all was said and done we were given "a few" minutes to pay our respects and then we had to leave. This place has no respect for family, they only care about the all mighty dollar. Do not go here unless your pockets are full. This is the first funeral home I have ever dealt with that was worried about money first. Most places have the service, burial/cremation and then worry about payment. Not the way to treat a grieving family at all. Was also told that I was not "family" by the funeral director.
