If I could leave negative stars I would. Never have I ever witnessed such unprofessional behavior, especially during such a dramatically difficult time for a family to go through. Mr. And Mrs. Dunkum came out to pick up my uncle who passed unexpectedly, they were extremely rude, especially after discovering he had no insurance. They requested his brother help lift him, who was clearly stuggling with losing his brother, made comments about how big and heavy he was as they were dropping him and then once concern about payment resurfaced and another name was mentioned for another funeral home, simply put him back down rudely and stated the other place is cheaper, we'll just lay him back down. No compassion was shown to my family.

Dunkum Funeral Home was very helpful and comforting during the unexpected loss of my mother. Karen worked with me and my family to create a beautiful, yet affordable service. Karen also went out of her way to bring my mother's ashes to me, saving me a trip. I would highly recommend Dunkum Funeral Home.
