This is one of the best funeral services I've ever seen, and I have seen plenty! I am Gwen from San Antonio, TX, the aunt of Kirk, Jr. Beach helped us lay KJ to a beautiful final rest. I went with Alease & Kirk, Sr. to look at KJ's body earlier in the afternoon the day before the service. He looked absolutely wonderful! Everything was done decently and in order. All of our questions were answered. They took extraordinarily great care of KJ. It's the little things that make the difference! They showed they were there for us with kindness, compassion, and understanding from the moment that they organized us at the house and put us in the cars. It's the little things that they did that let us know they cared. The song at the church, "I Am Free" was so appropriate and moving as they came down the middle aisle in the church. The blanket with a collage of Kirk, Sr., Alease, and KJ. was breathtaking. It shocked us all and filled our hearts with joy when the blanket was opened to reveal the beautiful picture of a family and a well loved son. Releasing the doves to resemble KJ flying away was the last little thing that left a lasting impression on us of how well a loved one can be sent off with the right funeral service. Thank you Beach, it was a pleasure!

You consistently ensured all details were addressed and all challenges solved. I want thank the staff for honoring our wishes to change our mothers’ hairstyle and removing the light above her casket, these concerns were addressed instantly by your caring staff without question. The slide show of our matriarchs’ life was truly magnificent, it allowed us to celebrate her life, and it was not only a great comfort to us but also a way to reminisce. The presentation of the tapestry of our mother was breathtaking, when the staff unveiled and held it for the attendees to see you could hear gasps throughout the church. As the dove was released at the gravesite it was truly a symbol ascending to the heavens above “Oh that I had wings like a dove! For then I would fly away, and be at rest.” At a time of great stress you relieved us of heavy burdens. Again thank you and your staff for their professionalism and care during a time of great loss. I was very impressed with the outstanding funeral services Beach provided today for my nephew Kirk Wayne Gilliam Jr. Everything was done with class and style! From pickup by a professional team that led prayer at my brother and sister-in-law's house before departing for the church services; ending the church services with the song, "I Am Free" and presenting the blanket with the beautiful muriel of family pictures to Kirk Jr.'s parents was top-notch. Allowing his parents the opportunity to release two doves at graveside was very very special; back to the church for repass and patiently waiting to take us home (our starting point)... I highly recommend your services to all families who would like to experience the wonderful and unique blessings from your A#1 team as our family did.
