My experience with this Mortuary’ was less than stelar - I expected to receive a professional experience and for the amount of money that we paid for services I don’t think we should expect less. The people who work there are very nice, however, there were several mistakes that should not have occurred. First, they listed the wrong address to the church where the services where being held and when we brought it to their attention the person we called first was not willing to change it. It did get changed after we called a second time and reach someone else. Next, the time listed for the services was incorrect. Once we discovered it, they were fairly quick to get it corrected. Last, we asked for a thumb print so we could each get a keepsake necklace made ( which is a service they provide and advertise). After inquiring several times , we were told that it hadn’t been done, and we got a “sorry”. Unfortunately, mom had been buried for two weeks when we got that answer.
