There where several veteran graves that had no flag or recognition. When questioned about that stated it was up to the families to honor them. When I asked several employees about this, why would they not honor them and he state it was the responsability of the family. I ask what if they had no family it was not there policy. I ask if he had been in the military he said no. I told him " you would not understand then, I am finished". He said good.

Beautiful grounds and location, but lacking a personal touch. I attended a service today and expected individual small packets of tissues to be available and found only a few boxes scattered around the building. The Chapel was cold (temperature wise) and the program had Nearer my heart to thee listed instead of Nearer my God to thee. (proof reading not done I guess). I was disappointed.

Came to put flowers on the grave of my partner of 30 yrs at 3 pm.. 05/26/19 we have not had the time to get his headstone placed ...came back at 5:45 with his mother and the flowers I had placed were GONE.. this was such a disappointment. .. and on Memorial Day... We will THINK TWICE ABOUT EVER PLACING ANY THING ELSE. ..EVER AGAIN. ... Thank you for your response. ...I have called and talked to a very nice person..sorry I did not get her name...they said they would let the person know that responded....thank you. ..

Words cannot describe how nice they made my grandfather and grandmothers funeral. Both were in winter on snowy days 2001 and 2010, and they made both go without any problems so that we could focus on what was most important those days. Thank you

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Your staff allowed a headstone placed on my husband's grave without my consent. I tried to work things out and no one would do any compensation for your mistake. This caused multiple serious problems with family members, but most of all, extreme anxiety and grief for me. So disappointed with the whole situation. I would never recommend your services to anyone!

A number of my in-laws are buried here, and they do an OK job on assisting with the needs of a death in the family and purchasing a lot. Trouble was my father-in-law had bought a lot, but then they did not maintain the trees and as a result they could not bury him where he wanted , which was next to his young daughter and other family members. This was very hard on my mother-in-law. They also do a rather poor job with the watering, and tend to either over-water or under water, and a number of headstones are covered in mud and debris that we are constantly moving and digging out. We have brought this to the attention of the grounds keepers, but no change. The day of the funeral, they failed to dig the hole, so he wasn't buried immediately, and they offered a small discount for the inconvenience. Very sad, and we would not have gone here had they not already had possession of other family members.

This mortuary has not completed any task in an acceptable manor. They filed a deed transfer eleven years ago that was done by one of their employees and filed by their accounting office which was not legally filled out. They mispronounced the names of the family members singing at the services. They promised to place a temporary marker so a grave could be visited by out of town guests over Mother's Day and it was not done. I would not subject my family to dealing with this people and will look elsewhere for my final resting spot. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY

Brian Bartlett graciously handled my brothers funeral and although he literally spoke (several times) to 7 of my family members he kept his cool and really helped us honor my brother. I would recommend Brian and his staff to ANYONE needing their loved one cared for and anyone looking to have a an amazing experience handled in the most professional way. Thank you again for all of your hard work!
