When my mom passed in California, the morticians callously removed her body from our home and threw her in a body bag . I was so upset over her death and then to see the lack of sensitivity was even more upsetting. My dad passed away here in Utah. Robert McMillan and Graham came to pick him up. I was in tears at the sensitivity they displayed. They carefully and meticulously wrapped him in a crisp linen sheet. It was such a sacred moment they created that will be forever be etched in my mind. I will forever be in their debt for their professionalism, but mostly for their empathy and compassion. It was nearly a religious service. If I could give them more stars, I would! I highly recommend them.. Wonderful people !

Everyone was kind, considerate, and compassionate. They gave me several times to say goodbye to my husband before taking him away. They were always considerate about answering any questions I had and impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. The only letdown was the absence of a hearse for the immediate family. Other than that, I would recommend them. Thank you McMillan Mortuary.
