Lindquist Mortuary continues to disappoint far after the service of my dear wife as they continue to spin both their errant actions as well as the actual responses of the husband (me) within there rebuttal. Nothing will at this point change or undo the impact of Lindquist negligence, lack of compassion and missed opportunity to remedy easily the difficulty at the dressing. Instead they prefer to justify there actions at the expense of a once incredibly loyal "pro-Lindquist" family that has happily used Lindquist Mortuaries for years with great appreciation. However, in this instance their service fell short. And while mistakes can happen and service can whine, it is far more disappointing to see their lack of ownership of this instance of poor customer service. As stated in Brittnee's review, a simple recognition of their shortfall would have gone a long ways in easing the disappointment of the day; and probably still would. We wish Lindquist well.
