Horrible business, do not use their services if you care for your loved ones. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude, and no empathy for greiving families. One thing they do care about, is taking all of your money by overcharging you for unnecessary fees, that no other place does! Next step, writing an article in the news paper about my experience, Lubbock needs to know this place is no good

Just went to put flowers out on 3 family members graves just like I have for the past 19 years. After we finished, we noticed a new sign posted...changing the clean up dates from March to april 20-30. So we had to go remove the flowers to come back another weekend. Also noted they changed the fall clean up from Nov to Oct. The staff has always been courteous and helpful when we have had issues - ant infestation, sunken grave, urn being run over by the mower and taken care of the issue promptly.

This is never a place you want to have to visit, but in life it is necessary. They have handled a few family members' life celebrations, great customer service, very respectful and kind.

Was making arrangements for my wife. Asked my brother in law, to not let them talk me into a lot if expensive things, as I was devastated, and couldn't think. He failed, they did. It was probably because they were members of Church on the Rock. If you are a member, and you die, you go to Resthaven. I bought an expensive stainless steel coffin with a Marine Corps emblem, with a 10 year warranty. Really? What are they going to do? Dig her up in 10 years to see if it's still good? A total scam. Stay away.
