My infant son passed away last month. I spoke with Tishara about his arrangements. She took very good care in preparing Rajun for his final rest. Not only do they do an excellent work on preparing your love one for a beautiful farewell, but their mannerisms with grieving families are superior. In addition, financially they do not take advantage of grieving families; if they can't help you, they won't harm you.

I attended a funeral that was serviced by them this weekend. This is one of the most caring and professional funeral homes I have seen. There was a gentleman that pulled flowers at the grave site to give them to the family. I was very impress watching him making a bouquet. I asked him if he could make one for the deceased sister and before he answered he offered me a bottle of water. He made the most elegant bouquet in just minutes. I want to say just the little things in life are so memorable. Thank you, Wiley Funeral Home.

We used them to bury my grandson and the service was nice but could have been more coordinated with directions. The staff however is another story and just short of being rude! I have been calling to get information for a week in a half, only to be told my daughter in law has to request the information because she is the informant. Not only that, the message that was passed along to management was incorrect, therefore the information they conveyed was incorrect as well; so needless to say I still do not have what I requested. Not to mention, I was not told any of this at the first mention of this request. I was given one excuse after another. As difficult as this time already is, they could use a few lessons on being just a little more compassionate to the bereaved! Next time I'll follow my first mind and go with the competition, where I know I'll get A+ service as I have in the past.

First of all I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home however I lost my sister very suddenly. O.W. Wiley and his staff handled everything for my family. He and his staff are the reason why they are named best funeral home. They blended in with our guest and you could tell they genuinely cared and wanted to help make everything seamless. Mr. Wiley went as far as giving our family personal phone calls through out this process and advised us to call anytime. It’s rare these days to get amazing customer service in a time like this.
