From my personal experience with Fuller-Sheffield Funeral Services, I can say that the Management and Staff are very caring, courteous and sympathetic to the needs of the families. My family and I were welcomed and treated with the utmost respect during our time of bereavement. The manager was very attentive and patient. The building was always upkept and had a pleasant aroma. They even had a play room for the kids! They offered my family refreshments EVERY time we came by, but the greatest experience was the attention to detail for our loved one. I along with my family thank the staff for a job well done and will definitely recommend them to others.

Dirty facilities. Deteriorated building. Smells like asbestos and mold on the inside. staff member "frank" kept looking at my daughter when we were there for a service. How unprofessional. Made me very uncomfortable. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

It's been over a month now and I can give my review without a lot of emotion attached to it. During the preparation of my loved one it all went smoothly. Joseph worked with the family and assisted in everyway. When I saw my loved one in her casket she looked as though she was asleep. Just beautifully. The day of the celebration the staff was on time and got us to all destination without any incidents. They showed compassion during the entire process. They serviced My Daddy, Mr. Lawrence Washington to the highest honors and when they had the United States Air Force to come and pay tribute to him as a veteran that served this country and paid totally dedication to him I was more than satisfied. So many family members and friends were truly grateful to have shared in this magnificent memorial service for this incredible man of honor, Mr. Lawrence Washington. This has and still is a hard pill to swallow but Joseph Brewer and the entire staff is still making sure that I am making it through my days and they let me know that I can call on them whenever I need too. They did everything and I did not have to lift a finger to make sure things were done correctly and in an efficient manner. Very pleasant and attentive to our needs, my mom look very nice from the makeup, hair and all. The service was great the program was awesome. The only disappointment was the blanket the way the picture came out on the blanket it didn't look nothing like my mom the entire family and friends was not satisfied. Also it don't seem like they care to make it right as far as the blanket is concern.
