They respected all the wishes and even help with the time . As I traveled from Canada and time was important with my plane connection. Thanks again for a job well done

I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone who has a loved one they care about. We used their services a few days ago to lay my mother to rest and for the 6200 dollars that we paid, it was very disappointing. First, when we went into the funeral home to pay for the service, we saw our mother on a television screen laying on the table naked as they were preparing to dress her. Then, the lady who was to do her hair, came out and told us that our mother's hair was nappy and hadn't been combed in a long time (very disrespectful). The next issue we had with them was that they laid my mother out to be viewed with several other people that we did not know, so there were six other dead bodies laid out when we went in to view her. Her make up was sub par, all they did was cover her face with foundation and put on some lipstick. They did not honor our request for her hair style which was to simply pull it back into a bun because we wanted her to wear a hat. When we arrived to view the body, my brother had to get the make up and attempt to do it himself, and we had to make them put her hair up the way we requested. Also, because my mother died unexpectedly, we did not have a great deal of money to spend on her services and all we could pay was 6200 dollars. We asked Mr. Mitchell if that would mean that the hearse and the family car would be sub par, but he assured us that it would not. Suffice it to say that the hearse and the car did not match and the family car was a 2001 limousine that had been wrecked. The issues were endless and if I could give Frazier Mitchell Funeral Services zero stars I would. Their methods are dated and they cut corners to save a dollar.

This is the worst funeral home possible! My grandmother's funeral is being held on October 24,2015. I went to view her on October 23,2015 and was totally disappointed! My grandmother didn't look like herself at all,she looked swollen,make up too much for a 95 year old grandmother! In the room set up for viewing there was FOUR TO FIVE other bodies! I would have thought each person deserved to be in a separate room. I would never ever recommend this funeral home to anyone!

You can not tell by looking at the outside of the building but they do really good work. Looking at a love one that has passed on and still looks the same gives you some peace. My father look like him self just like he was sleeping. Thanks Frazier and Mitchell

Today my little cousin had a memorial for her granddaughter. The people that worked there today were so loud talking about a video and all that just so disrespectful not realizing that the area where we we were was small and the walls were then. The only person I can say that seemed respectful was an older guy with a grey beard he was at the door waiting to make sure you got in and knew where to go as far as the other two gentlemen and the lady at the desk LOUD!!! If you want more business get your staff in order.

Mind, Body, and Goals

My husband was laid to rest without my consent. I will be coming on the 2 yr anniversary of his death. I am still troubled by this. They need to be more througho in the future and require more documentation, when gathering information to bury someone. #lawsuitinprogress

This is a horrible Funeral Home I would not recommend it to anyone. They do not do good work and the owner is very lazy. They didn't even take the time to see that they had given us the wrong Bible with someone else name on it not my mothers.

i don't have any complaints. my daughter lost her son, my grandson at preterm delivery and we had to have his tiny remains cremated. they were very compassionate and caring to our needs and ensured he was taken care of to the best of their ability. My daughter and her boyfriend and I were able to view his tiny body before he was cremated and they were very kind with keeping everyone away from his room and presented his sweetness lovingly and were very respectful. Picked him up today and the staff asked after my daughter to see how she was doing. Not something you get at every funeral home.
