We are native of Wichita Falls but currently live in Florida and we needed to make arrangements to lay her to rest in Texas. Mr. Ainsworth was so professional and compassionate. When we needed information it was provided in a timely manor and without any hesitation. He made the transport of our loved one easy and handled the service with class. I Highly recommend Ainsworth/Young Funeral Home the care and compassion he and his staff extends is wonderful and personal.My only regret is I did create a specific program that was nonstandard and I failed to proofread be sure you proofread the program before printing, therefore I was given the standard layout program which was done very well. The care for Mother from the intial pickup at 2am to final rest was exceptional,the kindness and concern for the family, the patience of the staff were all remarkable. Matthew was a complete and incredible blessing during the hardest time our family has ever faced, loosing my mom. He was compassionate, caring and more than capable. He went so far as to stop at several stores himself and look for a proper jacket/sweater for my mom's dressing because her old ones wouldn't fit. I cannot thank him and the funeral home staff enough.
