This most recent funeral was the 4th funeral in 4 years for our family that I have had to go to Marshall-Donnelly to help me with. Their team from Marshall to Ariel and everyone in between, has always been top notch professional. Their compassionate, caring, staff, work with you, are there for you in every way and are so respectful, friendly and never, ever pushy or high pressure. I am so grateful for their help and guidance when we needed it the most.

A friend drove from Spring Hill and I drove from Dickson TN today July 20 to attend the visitation and memorial service for Mary Hartnett at West End United Methodist Church, Nashville. Upon arrival, we were told service was nearly over at 1:30 pm. Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home had originally published visitation would be 12:30 to 2 with memorial service at 2 pm today July 20. We talked with the minister conducting the service afterwards and she told us the Funeral Home changed the times to meet their needs. This presents a real problem. How do you reach the people who were given the original times. We were never informed that Marshall-Donnelly- Combs changed the times to accommodate the funeral home's schedule.

The friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. I personally have not visited this business as I live in Houston, TX. However, I called looking for information on my grandfather who they serviced in 1970. I was trying to get a picture for my grandmother who lost everything in a fire. Ariel assisted me, sadly she wasn’t able to find a picture, but she tried her best to locate one. Ultimately she did find news paper clippings for me. I was just impressed that she went above and beyond from a simple request made by phone. Ariel, you are amazing and I hope they appreciate you there. ❤️

I could not be more impressed by the kind, attentive, customized attention that I received at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs during the funeral planning for my uncle. Jim Brewer is the best in Nashville and I was extremely impressed by Ariel Asid's level of professionalism and compassion. She and Marcia made a hard time the best it could have possible have been.
