Worst experience ever. I had my father transferred here after passing for the funeral. They did the worst embalming job I have ever seen in my life. His neck looked like it had been stretched out to 3 times the normal size. We had him transferred to another facility and they start calling me telling me I owe them almost $1,500 when there is no way on earth I would ever pay them a dollar for what they did. I wasn't even going to write a negative review since I understand mistakes happen and as a business owner myself I own up to my mistakes. Then they file a lawsuit. Now I am not holding back. If it wasn't my father and due to a situation like this I would upload the pics for the public to see. I doubt anyone would go there after seeing them.

If I ever saw you again it would be too soon, but on the same token I know my family and I would be well taken care of. Really down to earth group of caring and compassionate staff. Their assistance along the way is very relaxed and reassuring. Going beyond expectations, they were taking calls outside of normal business hours and during the weekend. I have to shout out Virginia for being an absolute peach and deligent aid during the time of bereavement. Nashville is blessed to have a team like this ready, willing and able to make these see you later services as stress free as possible. LOOK NO FURTHER, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
