Words cannot express, my family cannot thank you and your wonderful staff enough for the way you handled my sister's wake and truly being there for us. My sister Dineen was simply beautiful if I could give you more than 5 stars I would. I don't have the words without getting emotional but E.H. Ford Mortuary and Staff handled my sister's funeral with class and finesse. From the entire Christian and Jordan Family THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Yes it was very difficult to make funeral arrangements but you put my family at ease, I will recommend your business to anyone.

I can only assume they did what was asked of them I guess because I didn't pick them. However the appearance of their establishment is not a place where I would have any going home services for any of my loved ones. The place needs to be renovated, bad enough it's an old car dealership building with a car repair shop with totaled/ junk cars located right behind them. Mr. Ford does a cameo appearance at the end of the internment.

My son died 01-05-18 we been waiting for his ashes since frist they told us we couldn’t see him and today 03-03-18 they told us to come pick the ashes up and we get up there they told us come back Monday

Acquired funeral services for E. H Ford for my sister. The greetings at the first meeting made us feel special. However, during the overview of the cost and arrangement Mr. Ford was very condescending. His demeanor and professionalism was questionable. As the customer he should have been more cordial. Also, they need to be more respectful for the dead. There was a dead body in the cubby hole next to the office that was visible and this was a seating area for other customers - the whole area should have been covered to prevent customers from seeing a dead body. And the person that answer the phone needs a lot of training, she has no customer service skills and can't give you any information regarding status of death certificates or any other matter - must talk to Mrs Ford. I called about the status of my sister's death certificate and she said the computers were down and she couldn't check the status, when in fact Mrs. Ford had the death certificate - guess it's a lack of communication and I hope she is not getting a regular salary. Don't waste your time calling her, contact Mrs Ford instead.
