I don't even want to give one star. I walked in on a Saturday. The receptionist was very nice. Michael Ward was at a service so she had him call me which he did. The problem is when he found out my father was a black man he said that they don't "normally service black families". He asked my mother, who is white, if I was black because I didn't sound black. That I sound white because i don't have a "black accent". He said that maybe we should find a black funeral home. That that may be the best thing to do. When my mother told me this, I had her call back and cancel the apt that I had the next morning. He actually had the nerve to call and ask why we canceled the apt. Really!

I don't much care for storing bodies after death, but if you're going to do it, there is plenty of space here. Well maintained and cared for.
