The fine folks at Berry Funeral Home did a wonderful job with the final arrangements for our parents. Jeff & Wendy were very compassionate and listened to our wants and needs. It was a very laid back conversation, not trying to over sell. They were attentive to our grief, like extended family. Their professionalism and concern were superlative.

Bryant-Grant Funeral Home

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for all of your help.

I would like to thank Berry Funeral Home for their professionalism, compassion and timeliness during our father's passing. Fred, Rick, Meg and Kelly were great to work with. Meg handled many of our media requests including tribute, chapel setting and organization and she exceeded our expectations. Thank you all for everything you did for our family during this time.

Back in 1979 we used Berry Funeral home to care for my father after a tragic automobile accident, Mr. Berry treated us like family. When our Mom got sick we went to them to preplan her funeral. Saddly it didn't take very long and we had to go back in for the funeral this year. Megan Rogers and Jeff Berry were with us every step of the way, in excess. There is No way we could have been cared for any more during an extremely difficult time. We are still receiving calls asking about our well being. Thank you Berry Funeral Home staff.

My father unexpectedly passed away September 22, 2018. I got the pleasure of working with berry funeral home. They made me feel like family, they were on top of everything for me. Meg was my funeral director and I am so grateful to have gotten the chance to work with her and April. I live in saint Petersburg Florida, and even after I left Tennessee I got calls from a gentleman named Phil Raines, asking if my family and I were alright and asking if there was anything they can do for us. It is december 22nd 2018 and I'm still getting Phil's calls. This funeral home goes above and beyond for their clients.

While tackling a difficult topic, Berry Funeral Home representative, Natalie, was professional, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She gave examples to aid in making suitable choices. The facilities are large and appear to be well cared for. I found it to be a calming and comforting atmosphere.

Berry Funeral Home came through for me, handling both of my parents. The recent arrangements for my mom could not have gone any easier, from the preparation to the execution and follow-up. Highly recommended.

Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway handled the funeral arrangements for my mother last July. Everyone there from the front office to the director treated us with dignity and friendliness that turned into friendship. A funeral director does so much more than just plan the order of the service and help you pick out a casket. He/she acts as a grief counselor, a financial advisor, an event planner, an obituary writer or coach, and even a sort of DJ helping you pick out songs. It takes a special person to wear so many hats, and Meg Rogers did all of those things for us and more. Losing a loved one is never easy, but Meg made it as easy as possible for us. I can’t say enough good things about her and all the others we encountered (Jeff, Kelly, Fred, everyone)! My husband and I have used Berry’s for three of our parents, and each time they have treated us the same while treating each of our parents different — highlighting their uniqueness in their final tribute. I highly recommend Berry’s.

I wanted to take a few minutes of your time and talk about your funeral director, Wendy. She called me the morning after my Mother passed away and from the moment she spoke I knew she was God sent! Wendy took her time with me over the phone walking through each step of the process, asking questions as gently as she could all while being patient through the tears. When we came in to meet with her she was so warm, very welcoming and personable. I was immediately at ease with her. As we went through the process of picking items out she was thorough and even through some system glitches beyond her control she remained professional and got the job done. I’m an Insurance Agent so I understand the “sales” side of this process. Wendy never ever ever came across pushy, she never made me feel like I had to choose this or that but instead professionally guided me which made me feel “in charge.” That CAN NOT be taught in this business!!!!! Sunday when we arrived for the service, I was literally in tears at how beautiful the Chapel was decorated and put together. Wendy had listened to every single detail that Thursday when we met and had little birds through out the chapel, candles lit with a blackboard that said “Sassy” then another one that said “My Baby Bird.” She also put out orange and white shakers and a UT helmet since my mom was a TN fan. She also had flowers there from her which was simply amazing!!!! After the receiving friends service we did a Butterfly release. Wendy took pictures of our family during the release then emailed them to me at 9pm at night so I would have them. Although she wasn’t there Monday for the burial she introduced me to who I would be working with. Wendy went above and beyond what any one has EVER done with a funeral service that I’ve seen in my 39 yrs of life. She made the hardest day of my life a little easier and made my Mother’s home going service extremely beautiful. I know with all of my heart she’s going to be an incredible asset to Berry’s and will bring comfort to many more families such as mine. The Phillips / Jones Family

I can only speak about the officiciant, Tom King, he was very unprofessional and disrespectful....he had the nerve to talk to us about paying an extra $500 (that we were unaware of) AT the burial the day after the funeral. Also worth mentioning, he double booked himself the evening of our event and made a joke about it when he arrived right on time. It took everything I had to not have words with him at that time, however the weekend was not about him, it was about my grandfather in-law. Tom was a stereotypical "car salesman", if I never saw him again it would be too soon.

My experience was awful! I paid in full for my brothers funeral and was the only signer on the contract. The funeral home went behind my back and let the girlfriend change the plans. She did not sign the contract or pay one cent for the funeral and Jeff Berry did NOTHING to right the wrong. No one did. The funeral was high-jacked and my family, especially my mother, were absolutely horrified at the circus her and Jeff allowed to happen. I would love to speak to someone about this atrocity. I will never use Berry's again and have spread the word to all about what they did. It took an attorney to get the guest book and what we paid for away from her.

Everything for my mother's funeral was handled in a professional and caring manner. Had previously used Berrys chapman Highway for father and older brother.

You won't find any respect or dignity here. They discriminate against same sex couples. No one should be treated that way during their time of need. Shame on you!!!!

Berry Funeral Home was truly a blessing during our time of need. They were extremely compassionate, caring, and respectful, They went out of their way to ensure all our family needs were met. Berry's ensured that everything was completed in a very timely manner for our father's memorial services In Massachusetts and Maine.

Although the last 16months have been draining- to say the least- the Family at Berry’s has been a constant system of support. We have lost two parents and an in-Law. At any time I could txt Meg Rogers or call Fred or Kelly Berry and they were there to deliver the answer or hug we needed. Never did I think I’d have my “Funeral Girl” on speed dial- but I do! They have helped with full services and cremation- no matter what, when, how or who, the family we have at Berry’s has been there for us!! I love them & couldn’t have gotten through this phase of my life without them❤️
