My mother recently passed and Heritage funeral home went above and beyond to help me with the process. Kristen was a God send! From assisstance with filing for legal papers to answering every question I had, Kristen made me feel very involved throughout the whole process and I trusted her completely with taking care of my mom. She is the most thoughtful person I have ever met and took every measure possible to ensure I felt comfortable and not alone during the planning process. Hopefully won’t need her services soon, but I will definitely be trusting Heritage funeral home and Kristen with future family members.

Kristen at Heritage should get at least fifty stars. She guided us with such sensitivity and compassion through the visitation, funeral and burial process for my mother-in-law. She told us we could call her at any time with any concerns, and was very patient as we asked for small changes to the program. She made sure that my wonderful mother-in-law's funeral was one that my mother-in-law would have been very happy with.

My husband's father passed away within one month of a cancer diagnosis. There was absolutely no estate planning for his passing. Kristen was amazing. Kristen was a gift to our family during this entire process. She not only assisted our family with all of the memorial service arrangements; but she and the other Heritage Funeral Home staff gave us guidance in all the other financial/personal things that need to be done after a loved one passes away. They took the burden of worrying about how we were going to pay for the funeral expenses from the moment we met with them the first time and put our minds at ease that they would work with us and make this an affordable but very nice memorial to our loved one. Heritage Funeral Home is the best! We were blessed to have chosen them to handle our loved ones arrangements. I think God might have had a hand in this decision. Thank you doesn't seem like enough.
