I want to thank the great people of the funeral home for the great n wonderful love they gave my uncle David Austin I lost my parents at the age of 10 that why I hated to go to funerals this is the first time in 56 years that I can said I feel good n understand why god is so good thank you n God bless the whole staff n the town of central for a great job

EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY PERSONABLE. always available, walked use thru step by step. There is nobody better in the city better, they make you feel very at home and comfortable at a time when you are grieving the most. I highly recommend Robinson and will continue to use and recommend them.

I have used them in the past and they were great. But this most recent time with the passing of my grandmother, they were so difficult and not Mr. Robinson but one of the ladies were rude and not willing to work with us or answer our questions. And also. Its has taken them 3 weeks so far to produce death certificates which means we cannot pay for the funeral, cannot obtain life insurance, pay out for various things, or move forward at all. I'm very disappointed especially since they have been so good in the past but now they seem to have forgotten that they offer funeral services for people in grief not free ice cream on Tuesday...
