Recently my mother passed and I went to Gray Mortuary to see about using their services. So grateful I did. They were professional and took care of everything I needed assistance with concerning funeral arrangements and Insurance filing. Very compassionate folks at Gray Mortuary. In one year, our families dealt with four different funeral homes in our area. Gray Mortuary outperformed all of them in every way. There is no way that we could recommend either of the others.

It annoys me when people like the one who rated a business 1 Star because the website would not load. Perhaps your prepaid cell phone was out of data? Perhaps the internet was having issues. Any reason does not matter because the Gray Mortuary is a place that services families at the worst time of their lives...not a website builder. Ignorance like hers is the reason why people eat Tide Pods. I have had several friends who have used them and all have said amazing things about their service.

Our family found Gray's entire staff extremely caring and knowledgeable. The office staff was efficient and always returned our calls and followed up with our requests and questions. Couldn't have asked for more comforting experience.
