Settling estates can be complicated and time-consuming but surprisingly Holt's fail to acknowledge this. Maybe they'll learn from this review. My previous experiences with them had been completely positive but that was with the previous owners - the Holt family. Under these new owners, the team provided attentive service and seemed to truly care but soon after the funeral, the owners resorted to rude and threatening phone calls. I honestly thought they had hired a collection agency! In the end, they made it perfectly clear that they were only interested in the money which as I mentioned can frequently take some time with complicated estates. If you are bereaved and grieving, then be warned and look for a service home with more integrity.
