It has been nearly a year since my mom passed away. I prearranged her funeral with Bellows. The cost included inscription of her year of death on the stone and two eternal candles... Among ALL the other typical charges. They finally just had the four numbers added but still waiting for the candles. I have received every excuse in the book from both Alan and his father. I want to be able to put finality to my mom"s passing, as odd as it sounds I cannot until this final piece is done.
