I was very disappointed in the level of service that was provided for my cousin yesterday, July 30, 2019. Leaving the service the driver didn’t wait for all of those that were going to the cemetery to assemble. He left and there were many people that did not know where they were going and were thus unable to attend the graveside service. The cemetery was not prepared for our arrival. Yes, thank goodness the hole was dug but nothing else was done so all of us that were able to get to there had to sit out in the hot broiling sun waiting for things to be prepared. I am going to call/write them as well to complain because my family deserves better than that.
