I highly recommend Neill Funeral Home. My father passed away unexpectedly in October. We were met with a professional, courteous and comforting staff. They guided us through the "arrangement process" with our finances in mind. In our time of grief, all details were taken care of. We are thankful for the valuable service they provided for us.

Funerals are never an easy task to plan especially when you are dealing with the sudden loss of a child. After meeting with the staff at Neills, I was disgusted and mortified at their condescending behavior toward my family. Before even knowing what would be requested of them, they (inaccurately) assumed my family member could not afford their services. The referral to another funeral home was immediately made within the first ten minutes of our initial meeting which was not an option nor should have never been made if they took the time to talk to us. Shame on them for their behavior and hopefully they can be reeducated on their job description and learn some compassion toward their customers.

Our family has used Neills for our family for many years. Never in a decade would i think I would be using them 3 times in less than 6 months. They were accomodating, patient, and highly respectable through the arrangements and care of our 3 tragic deaths. Non pressure care with assurance of providing the wishes of your loved one.

They did my father n law and husband can't remember the guys name but it was in 2013. He was the most kindness compassionate person at a time like that you could ever want. He had everything in order no mistake. My mother n law just passed on 8 29 17 god rest her soul but Jim he is the rudest person I ever met instead of being compassionate he wanted to start an argument came off very aggressive, had the obituary that cost 400 all messed up put a pic of kids instead of a 71yr old lady, put she passed on 9 29 17 today is only 9 4 17 just commonsense and numeral mistakes. Then we get to the day of service the writing on the ern was on the side not not the front they never sealed the ashes. Just a total mess bottom line is don't deal with jim
