We were very pleased with the professional manner in which Jim handled the arrangements for my Mom's funeral service. He answered every question that we had and was very flexible in taking our recommendations into consideration. Jim was always polite and courteous. We had prepaid and made some preliminary choices which I highly recommend. It was so much less stressful for us at that difficult time when we finalized the funeral. We had a private viewing at the West 4th Street location the evening before the actual viewing and mass which was good for the family. That location is bright and very welcoming and would be a good choice. The day of the funeral went smoothly. I would highly recommend this funeral home and Jim and the rest of the staff.

I called when my husband was in home hospice. They never called back. Two days later he passed away. Thankfully I didn't wait and called someone else before then. Within hours of posting this review I was contacted by the secretary of Manevals(even though it was on a Sunday). She explained what happened and it was regrettable but understandable. We all make mistakes. She was very apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

I cant say enough how wonderful Lou has been to my family and I. He took such wonderful care of my brother ,went above and beyond for my family .
