One of the worst experiences of my life morning my father and having to deal with a funeral director that was rude and less than professional I would never never recommend this funeral home to anyone ever Even after my father's service I am still getting problems from this funeral home trying to get something they promised my family it is sad but true The funeral director said and I quote " I am used to dealing with liars I get phone calls from liars every day so I'm used to dealing with people like you" All I was asking for was the certificate or form to give my employer stating there was the service this man insisted I was demanding a death certificate which I never was very ugly experience
