From our original phone call to the two visits to the funeral home for my husband's direct cremation, there was no pressure. We mostly were in contact with Victor Baldi. Our 100 year old auntie suffered a stroke during a 2 day visit back to her beloved Philadelphia and passed away unexpectedly. Ironically, it had been my aunt's wishes to come back to Philly for her burial so the stage was set so to speak. However, as an out of towner, we weren’t quite sure where to begin. Fortunately, Baldi Funeral Home was recommended to us. Victor, Mike and their entire staff treated us with such kindness, gentleness and understanding. In one short meeting, Victor arranged for virtually everything including an in Church mini viewing, the Mass, and the burial particulars with the cemetery. We were spared worrying about any details and could spend our time grieving, remembering and celebrating the life of our dear Aunt. My Aunt looked beautiful, and I know she would have been very proud, so special Thanks to Mary! The Baldi team went beyond our expectations and were very accommodating to our every wish with warmth, compassion and tenderness. Without hesitation, our highest recommendation and heartfelt thanks to the Baldi Funeral Home and their dedicated staff.

Been here a few times when there were deaths in the family and friends. Everyone is so helpful and they really go out of their way to help you. They even made suggestions for places to stay for out of state families like mine.
