Every staff is very respectful and compassionate. We are an Asian family, but the stuff here shows a great understanding of diversity and provide necessary accommodation. Price here is reasonable as well. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start. Losing a loved one is something so hard to deal with especially if you’re not financially prepared for it. My mom was diagnosed with cancer this past November and since the beginning we knew it was just of matter of when. My mom was 54 years old so it was something we did not expect or prepare for. After the diagnostic we couldn’t find any company to offer her life insurance and well we had to just shop around with our budget. I met with Dani the day before my mom passed away and knew instantly that this Was who I wanted to take care of her. All staff were so kind and sympathetic to our situation. And not to mention that their prices are sooo much more affordable then most funeral homes near us (we visited with a few different ones) they never pressured me into getting a big package of things but offered everything that I could afford. My mom had a beautiful viewing here at Springer and sons funeral home. All of my family felt welcomed and we never felt rushed to leave. They handled everything so perfectly especially during our ceremonies, Dani was always on top of making sure my mom looked perfect as well as her casket being cleaned. It rained during the burial and they offered me a blanket and a umbrella when I honestly wasn’t expecting it. It’s these little details that make hard moments like these a little easier. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped and took care of my mom. We all are so grateful ❤️❤️

Springer and Sons has been absolutely amazing. The staff is all so wonderful and caring. They don’t miss a single detail. They go above and beyond with amazing customer service. When you speak to them you know without a doubt your in great hands. I’m so very thankful Kyle was able to make the entire process smooth without worry.

Obviously, dealing with a death is never pleasant. We had 2 deaths in 2018, my mother and my aunt. John and his staff are professional, caring and really help you through the process. I highly recommend this facility.

OMG I couldn't have been happier! Death is usually filled with misery and heartache the last thing you want to be is at a funeral home talking about anything! But since speaking with Mr. Springer and the rest of his staff! I walked out with a smile and peace of mind knowing my father will be taken care of and treated properly! My family can be overwhelming and this man handled everything with patience and understanding! Everyone was telling me how great a service was and nice of a place it was! Through all the heartache of losing my father I seriously couldn't be happier knowing he was treated right every step of his journey! Gosh it's the best feeling I have in my heart right now knowing my dad would've been proud and impressed with the service and integrity of Mr. Springer and the whole staff! Thank you thank you! I cannot express my gratitude enough!!!

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that assisted me in the process of my brother Rudy Aleman's cremation. From beginning to end, the help was comforting, understanding and accomodating (last one refers to delivery). While this is not a cheery moment for the mourning family, how this company handled the process for me was very much appreciated.

It's hard to write a review for a funeral home as even the best experience is far from a positive one. Having suffered few significant losses in my life and never having had to handle any affairs of a loved one, I was spinning after the death of my dad and had no idea which way was up. Kyle made the entire experience, while not painless of course, as easy as it possibly could have been. His help and compassion for myself and my sister meant the world and I am grateful to have had my father rest his final corporeal days in their care.
